Nice hotel - Rooms needs Soundproofing
Really nice newly modernised hotel.
The rooms are light & airy.
The breakfast was nice, especially when you can order omelets etc from one of the waiters “not advertised, but possible”
I was situated on the 2nd floor, one issue I found was noise between rooms and from above “I did notice this has been highlighted by other visitors”
In the bathroom there seemed to be bery little soundproofing between hotel rooms and late at night there was a lot of table / chair dragging going on anove, which was really annoying.
My veiw was poor in comparison with other hotels I’ve stayed in.
The room size was “enough” however with better design, the lobby area outside the rooms on each floor could have been made much smaller and the rooms much nigher.

All top but restaurant service
Beautiful structure with several services and a nice spa. Spacious and comfortable rooms with a good range of equipment. Tasty breakfast. The rooftop is pleasant but service a bit lengthy and unclear. Not centric but not far from the Registan. On the overall, recommendable

A modern and pleasant hotel with helpful staff
A good option for staying in Samarkand. The establishment is located in a quiet and pleasant residential area, slightly away from the hyper-center, but the main sites remain easily accessible. Count on about twenty minutes on foot to reach Gour Emir; otherwise, a few minutes by taxi is sufficient.
The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable. The real highlight remains the staff, particularly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist.
The spa area is pleasant and is a real plus after a day of sightseeing. However, the pool water is too cold, which limits the enjoyment.
The hotel restaurant is rather the weak point of the establishment, with fairly average cuisine.
In the end, it is not a luxury hotel, but it is a comfortable address, well-located, and offering a very good welcome, making it a good choice for discovering Samarkand.

GOOD SOLUTION BUT..SOME SOUNDPROOFING PROBLEM
The hotel is located in a fairly central area but if you want to reach Piazza Registan on foot you have to take into account a walk of about half an hour. Taxis, however, are really very cheap so travel is not a problem. It is a very comfortable modern structure, our room was on the third floor, the bed was very comfortable and spacious, the bathroom equipped with all amenities and very clean, unfortunately, however, there is a rather serious soundproofing problem, which others had already reviewed. You can hear them dragging tables to the fourth floor (where the restaurant is located) at all hours; the problem is that in the evening they also make live music at the restaurant and until late there is a quite annoying noise.
Another problem we had when we returned to the room at 4 pm was that the cleaning had not yet been done, usually by noon the rooms need to be rearranged; I complained at the reception and they immediately sent the lady to clean, then to apologize they left us a complimentary tray of dried fruit, a very welcome gesture. The next day the problem did not recur. The girls in reception are prepared, very kind and professional.
We also arranged with them a day trip to Shakhrisabz and everything was perfect.
The breakfast is varied, with many proposals both sweet and savory, the value for money good, so overall it is a recommended solution.
