Spa Garden

Firstly good service of stuff especially Humoyun guy very kind and responsible. When it comes to the pools itslef was very clean and big enough and I highly recommend to visit and enjoy.

Amazing experience

This was my second stay at Hilton Garden Inn Samarkand, and once again everything was excellent. The hotel is clean, comfortable, modern, and very well maintained. Every member of the staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
A special thank you to Ravshanbek. He seems to be everywhere, always making sure guests are taken care of. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast deserves a special mention. It was outstanding—an excellent variety of fresh, delicious, and high-quality food every morning. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a long time.
Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality. I always enjoy staying here and will definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

It is a hotel that I can recommend!

It was a great hotel, and the hospitality was amazing! Sevinch and Asadbec were especially nice! I want to stay at the hotel again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Amazing Staff and Hotel

We had such an amazing experience at this Hilton Garden Inn, that we ended up booking another night towards the end of our trip as well.
We booked a King Size room, but both times due to my Gold Status, we were upgraded to a King Deluxe Room. Upon entry, we were gifted a box filled with nuts, dried fruits, and a personalized card from the manager welcoming us to the hotel. Everything was super clean and modern inside, with black out curtains, and quiet working AC to cool off the room.
Included in our stay was the breakfast, which was a very large buffet with many hot and cold options. We opted for dinner at the property during our stay -- the options were a la carte, and everything we had was tasty and delicious. We loved sitting outside dining, on one of the many couches. Just a note... not that it was a big deal for us, but it's a dry hotel. You can bring alcohol in to drink in your room, but they do not serve it on the property grounds.
The sauna and the spa that is located downstairs was incredible. We wished we were there longer to book one of the very affordable massages, but we opted to just use the pool and try out the many different types of saunas. The whole area was incredibly well maintained, clean, and relaxing.
Also, we had been traveling for quite some time, and were super pleased to find out that they offer use of a washer/dryer on the ground floor for free for guests. You just have to purchase a detergent pod from the desk if you don't have your own. This was a huge and convenient help for us during our stay.
Lastly, the staff was absolutely incredible. Everyone we met at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating, even remembering us and welcoming us back after we returned many days later. We even bumped into the manager in the elevator and he personally welcomed us and knew who we were because he had written our welcome card!
We have traveled to many places around the world... and the service at this hotel --from the facilities to the staff was top-notch.
We would definitely return again!
