Great hotel

Recently built hotel very clean and tidy. Great location to visit the city, 5 minutes drive from Registan. Staff very friendly and ready to help for all needs. Great availability and flexibility for check-out. Great service for excursions and transfers.

A nightmare in a wonderful Samarkand

"Awful experience, bordering on unacceptable. Despite frequenting hotels for work and tourism, I had never received a room without windows (the n. 302, located on the second floor of a structure without elevator). The Manager, available only after an hour of waiting, refused the change of room for the first night declaring it sold out.
In addition to the very serious lack of natural light and ventilation — which would seem to violate local regulations (such as SanPin nr 0282-09) — the service was poor: the beds were not ready and I had to make them myself. Despite the change of room for the second night, I highly recommend not staying at this property."

The perfect holiday from A to Z! I recommend it!

We would like to express our great gratitude to the team of the hotel for the wonderful holiday! Spent a week in your hotel and leave with a slight sadness and a desire to return.
Relaxed with your husband for five days. We were very pleased! Clean and modern rooms, well maintained grounds.
Special thanks to the staff for their kindness and willingness to assist in any matter. Recommended for placement!

Great hotel for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The new hotel , with comfortable rooms ,with a 24-hour warm pool , is located in the center of the city , which is certainly a pleasure as most attractions are within walking distance. Very good cuisine with traditional and European menus, otherwise within walking distance of the hotel is a huge number of cafes and restaurants for all tastes and wallets. Staff are worth noting separately. I can tell you that the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff is at the highest level. All smiley and attentive to the guests. They'll help you in any situation.
