Great location, but difficult to find by car
Unfortunately, this was not clearly communicated in our booking information. The Google Maps location also does not show the correct pick-up/drop-off point. As a result, our airport taxi driver spent an additional 45 minutes trying to find the correct place to drop us off, which was very frustrating after a long flight in the middle of night.
The hotel should provide clear instructions and an accurate map pin for the back-street pick-up/drop-off location before guests arrive. With better communication, this would be a much easier experience.
The room was basic but clean and spacious, and comfortable enough for our stay.
Breakfast offered a good variety of options, although the selection was fairly basic.

At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and delay you experienced upon arrival, especially after a long late-night flight. Because our hotel is situated directly on a pedestrian street, vehicles cannot drive up to the front entrance. We completely agree that this should have been communicated to you in advance alongside a precise map pin for our accessible drop-off/pick-up point in the back street.
Your feedback is extremely valuable to us. We are already updating our pre-arrival message templates and online mapping details to ensure clear directions and exact location pins are sent to all future guests before they arrive.
