The rooms are very clean, and the food is excellent. The staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It is a wonderful place to stay!

The staff were fantastic, the hotel was clean and the room was amazing and huge! The kids loved the staircase to nowhere in the room. We were sad it was such a short stay.

our flight was early and breakfast was not available at that time,
rooms are new and clean, large with sitting area, full amenities,
taxi from downtown and to airport about 15 min.

They charged me twice, but later they realized the mistake and proactively reached out to resolve the issue, which was quite honest of them. However, when I checked in, I found that the bedsheets and duvet covers hadn't been changed, and there was even hair on the bed... It was absolutely disgusting.

The room itself was clean and properly maintained but the bathroom was a bit dirty since there were a lot of hairs stuck in the drainage of the shower which lead to the water not draining properly. The sink worked but was standing pretty loose on the ground and the air extraction fan started to squeak badly on my last day. However the staff was really friendly and helpful and overall the stay was pleasant
