Terribly Receptionist

The reception is cunning. Said the taxi is 150,000sum. Turns out the taxi driver took 58,000sum. We lay down for 3 days. No cleaning was done.

Disgusting experience staying at this hotel

We moved in on June 18th. Wi-Fi did not work upon arrival. Then the air conditioner made noise all night and water dripped from it. There was a disgusting sewer smell from the toilet. In the morning at breakfast, everything was very dirty and the buffet selection was poor. The tables all stood with uncleaned dishes. The owner did not even deign to pick up the phone when trying to contact him. Since we booked for 3 days, we asked for a refund of 2 unused nights. To which the staff said that the refund would be within 6 months, although we paid in cash. All the guests who also stay at the hotel are not happy. Мы оказались в Узбекистане из-за пересадки . Решили отдохнуть в этом отеле перед следующим перелётом и осмотреть город. Деньги можно поменять только в аэропорту, поэтому рассчитали нужную сумму и обменяли рубли на сомы. При бронировании Трип предупредил, что нужно будет внести налог при регистрации в отеле, наличными. Налог большой,5$. По приезду в отель с нас потребовали по 5,86$ с каждого. Ни обращение в техподдержку, ни чтение закона Узбекистана, г том, что сбор взимается с номера не помогло. 2 бородатых парня угрожающе говорили: платите. Я перед этим прочитала отзывы и знаю, что сейчас администрация отеля выступит с опровержением, что ничего не было и они ангелы. Мы прошли в номер пока ждали переговоров с Трип. Номер это старая темная конура с серыми простынями и полотенцами. Черные волосы по всей кровати и полу. Сразу скажу, что поспать нам не удалось - из матраса торчит железная сетка и упирается в ребра.
Трип нам не оказал в итоге поддержки и предложил заплатить налог наличными с возможностью компенсации со стороны Трип позже. Мы прошли на ресепшн и оплатили, понимая, что денег остаётся только на такси до аэропорта. Но администрация отеля уверила нас, что мы можем воспользоваться картой легко и просто оплатить еду и проезд картой российской.
Я не буду описывать, наши дальнейшие приключения без денег в Ташкенте. Но карты российских банков не работают. Я понимаю, что этот отель не характеризует Узбекистан, поэтому избегайте пожалуйста его посещения, чтобы не испортить впечатление!
