Very New, Very Professional

Stayed 2 nights for a hectic business trip. As a new hotel, beautiful grand lobby, room hardware was also stunning. Lacks a personal touch though. Breakfast was very rushed, so I cant comment on the food. Service was a bit on the slow side, cant blame them though, it was indeed very rushed. Oh, forgot to mention, I loved the bathroom amenities!

Amazing Property with Exceptional and Warm Service

We immensely enjoyed our stay at the JW Marriott Tashkent. The customer service was beyond exceptional, and the entire property was spotless clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious and very well stocked with high-quality supplies and toiletries. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. They offered a vast variety of different fruits, caviar, breads, and pastries. We also got to try several of their coffee drinks and every drink was perfectly made and tasted great. We used the spa and sauna facilities several times which included an indoor as well as the outdoor pool. Every visit was excellent. The hotel is located within a walking distance to the Tashkent city mall as well as the park and a a lot of different restaurants. I cannot recommend this property enough to anyone looking for an amazing Uzbek hospitality, excellent service, and an exceptional stay.

My stay in Tashkent

I stayed a week starting from 31st august with my team. We had a real nice stay. The hotel is very exquisitely furnished, Executive rooms are excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Golyora in the executive lounge located in 27th floor was exceptionally pleasant and attentive.
My only unpleasant comment could be for breakfast on my last day. I had asked for an omelette and was told I should place my order with the waiter. I sat at the table and requested the same from the waiter but never got it. Finally I left..

Best hotel in the city. One of best JW’s in the world.

This is my second stay here and I would say this is definitely best hotel in the city and in the country today. Even I would say it’s one of the best JW Marriott hotels in the world (this is Ambassador’s opinion, I love been to many of them). Absolutely new hotel (6 months after opening only). Great design, comfy rooms. There are some difficulties with lights control in rooms, it’s quite inconvenient. I had same category of the room but control systems were working differently. In suites they do provide Bvlgari amenities and I’ve never seen this in any JW before. Unfortunately, my room was a bit worse than during my first stay. Same category but worse view, less lights in the room (because of less windows in the room because of location). I didn’t understand why my room was worse for repeated stay. Anyway the room was great and specious. Welcome amenities were also 3 times less than during my first arrival (it’s quite interesting why standards are different all the time). In room dining was nice, great food but there was some issues with the service (wrong bill, missed item) but the team arranged everything later. Club lounge is brilliant. It’s even better than most ritz Carlton club lounges. You’ve got breakfast, lunch and dinner options inside the lounge with starters, main courses, deserts, beverages. Staff is super professional in the lounge, they always welcoming, friendly, attentive. It’s one of the best club lounges I’ve ever seen in the world chain of Marriott. Breakfast in the main restaurant is really nice, many varieties, besides if you ask chefs to cook something special for you they do their best. But there are issues with the service and this is so clear comparing to other hotels in the world. No one escort you to the table (by the way it’s the standard to escort ambassadors elite members to the table) so you just go and choose table on your own. It’s okay but when you choose the table no one comes again to ask if you would like to order something so you have to wait and look for the waiter to make an order for coffee and eggs (in case you don’t order in the beginning you have to wait it once all food is ready). The rest of it is great, all waiters are professional, attentive, they do their best for you. Just change the service process at the beginning when guests arrive to the restaurant for breakfast. Besides it would be great to offer you same order (remember it) when you stay many days. It makes the guest feel really welcoming. The food quality is high, delicious food, great decoration. Even the coffee quality is so high, you get professional coffee from professional coffee machine with latte art. That’s so rare but this JW makes it for guests. Even I could see some new features during my second stay so it seems the management always try to make something new for guests (I saw new collection of juices). Amazing chefs here and staff, thanks. Reception is professional as well, they do everything for guests comfort. Smooth process of checking in or checking out. Guys who help with luggage are super professional too. No issues at all. Greatest service. The housekeeping team is nice but I could feel that it had been always different. Sometimes my room was prepared in different way, sometimes they miss some items (soap, bath salt, dental kit or mouthwash or etc). I would like to say thanks to the lady (sorry I forgot her name) who helped a lot to solve all the issues during my first stay (she has been working in Ajman before), thanks to Victoria and Sirojiddin from executive lounge, they are so professional, they should be promoted in any possible situation, they deserve best positions. I wish this hotel to keep #1 position in the rank of best hotels in the city.

We had a wonderful family stay at JW Marriott Hotel Tashkent. The hotel is elegant, modern, and beautifully maintained, but the greatest highlight was the exceptional service.
A special thank you to General Manager Ilkin Imanov for his personal attention and to Bekhruz for his warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine care throughout our stay.
The team prepared a beautiful birthday surprise for our son Sami, including balloons and thoughtful touches that made the occasion truly memorable. Our room, breakfast, facilities, and overall experience exceeded expectations.
This hotel delivers luxury through both its beautiful property and its people. Highly recommended, and we would be very happy to return
