A beautiful place to stay.

Booking Made in name of K K Dwivedi X 4 for 11th and 12 May.
A midrange price hotel with the luxury of a High end Hotel. The rooms were nice and spacious with all amenities as promised in the room.
The Hotel is well located in Tashkent with all the areas one would like to visit close by. A special mention needs to be made of Mr Shahjahon in front office and Ms Mahiliyo, who went out of their way to assist everybody with the large tour groups

Large house outside the center

Very large hotel on a busy main road - however, the rooms at the back are quiet and those at the front have soundproof windows.
The rooms are very spacious, furnished with everything you need and the bathroom is also absolutely clean.
In keeping with the size of the hotel, the service at reception is impersonal and not particularly friendly. The advantage of the size is a wide selection of food at breakfast. The dinner we had here was also fine and plentiful.

Accommodation scam

I would like to tell you how I was deceived at the hotel. I had a room prepaid for 3 days by another organization. During check-out, I needed to pay some extra money for accommodation. Unfortunately, I did not know the exact amount and hoped and trusted the hotel staff. Check-out was at 4 am, so I just paid the offered amount and left for the airport. At the airport, I noticed that a large amount had been debited from my card. When I returned to Moscow, I wrote an email to the hotel in which I asked why such a large amount of money was written off and asked to check the cost of my stay again, because the room had already been paid for. In response, the hotel staff wrote that on the day of my check-out, a new employee was working, who was only working for the second day. When I checked out, the employee made a mistake and charged the full cost of my stay from my card. It turns out the room was paid for twice. And at the same time they wrote that they were not going to return the money, but would simply give a discount on my next visit. I offered to return my money anyway, but after that they stopped responding to my letters. Considering that I do not plan to come to Tashkent again, I perceive this as deception and theft. I do not recommend visiting this hotel due to the disdainful attitude towards customers and obvious deception.

Brand new and what a swimming pool!

Very nice new hotel with superb brand new rooms and a beautiful, slightly flashy decoration. The pool/sauna complex is magnificent and we have the exclusivity because you have to book in advance. We went there twice and what a pleasure in a very elegant decor. The quality/price ratio is exceptional but I think prices will increase when the hotel becomes better known. Less than 10 minutes walk from the Novza metro, which is a real plus for getting around even if the hotel orders taxis at very low prices via an application.
Very good breakfast: the bread wasn't really fresh for breakfast but that doesn't matter because there are much better things to eat!

The hotel is a little out of the way in a soulless neighborhood but the metro is just a stone's throw away. To find your way around the metro: if you come from the center, you have to go all the way to the right. Head towards the right staircase at the platform level, then right after the exit then take the right staircase and once out in front of the footbridge turn left.
One of our most beautiful hotels of the stay for a really pleasant price.
