First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the owners of Radisson Blu Tashkent for providing such an outstanding, high-quality service where guest satisfaction is clearly a top priority.
I would also like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Azamat, Security Manager, Ms. Kamola, Head Chef, Mr. Eduard, Reception Manager, both Ms. Elenas, the entire kitchen team, the reception staff, the employees working in the pool area, and all members of the hotel staff for their exceptional efforts and hospitality.
Throughout our stay, the staff’s friendly, respectful, attentive, and solution-oriented approach made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The cleanliness and organization of the hotel, the overall quality of service, and especially the professionalism of the employees were truly impressive.
I would particularly like to thank the kitchen team. The quality, variety, presentation, and taste of the food were excellent. The care shown toward guests’ requests and the sincere attitude of the staff elevate the hotel’s service standards to an even more special level.
The reception team was always quick, polite, and helpful in every matter. Thanks to the professional approach of the security team, we felt completely comfortable and safe throughout our stay. The attention, cleanliness, and organization maintained by the staff working in the pool and common areas were also highly commendable.
Radisson Blu Tashkent is not simply a hotel that provides accommodation; thanks to the warm attitude of its employees and its high standards of service, it is a special place where guests truly feel at home. Checked the event at the Radisson Hotel and were very pleased! ❤️

After the renovation, the hotel became just beautiful, stylish, very thoughtful. And separately I want to celebrate the kitchen: everything was really delicious!
It's a case where you can book an event and forget about control Everything is organized by yourself, everything is under control, you only have to enjoy the result.
At the same time, prices pleasantly surprised very decent for this level of service.
And special thanks to managers Ildar and Elena for their professionalism, attention to detail and excellent organization.

It's dangerous to go to the pool.

My mother, sister and son and I went to the pool today. My mom slipped and fell face down.
And that fall was avoidable.
Last time, we asked the receptionists to wipe the wet tiles, because I, my sister, was already slipping.
But no action has been taken.
My mom's 60 years old. She has stage 4 cancer and has had two brain surgeries. For someone with this condition, a fall is potentially serious.
We approached the administration, told them what had happened. And no one even apologized!
Instead, the staff member said something like this: “It’s tile and water, it’s slippery.”
Radisson, if you have wet tiles, you have to think about the safety of your guests: wipe the floor regularly, install anti-slip coatings... Take some action after the complaint.
People, don't go to the Radisson blue pool, it's very slippery and the staff don't do anything about it.

Everything's fine.

Everything was very nice, the hotel after renovation, fresh and clean. Pleasant pool with soft sunbeds and green grounds. The staff are very attentive, have taken all requests into account. Special thanks to Salawat.

This is probably my fifth stay at this hotel. Its location is very convenient for attending the exhibition, which is why I keep coming back. However, one thing really surprised me. I had a similar experience when I booked a hotel in Kazakhstan. They informed guests in advance that renovation work was taking place and even told me that if this was inconvenient, I could cancel my reservation. At the Radisson, however, nobody thought to let guests know that the hotel was undergoing renovations. Personally, I can cope with this kind of inconvenience, but I still believe guests should be informed about such things in advance. The service itself is excellent, and I have absolutely no complaints about the staff. I have always enjoyed staying here. However, after this experience, I have to admit that there are other hotels that handle situations like this with greater transparency and consideration for their guests.
As has already been mentioned in other reviews, there are also major issues with the room keys. Every time you want to enter your room, a member of the hotel staff has to come and unlock the door for you.
At the same time, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel staff. Every single time they escorted us to our room with a smile and a positive attitude, and they were always exceptionally polite, friendly.
In the hotel laundry, my trousers were damaged. The staff immediately apologized and offered us a complimentary airport transfer. Thank you.
