Hotel with good staff hospitality

Probably a family run hotel. All the staff are friendly. Tours of Ha Long Bay could also be booked at the front desk. Round-trip transportation to and from the hotel is provided. 4100 yen for 4 hours. The guest demographic is 80% European and American, and 20% Asian. I didn't like the dormitory, so I chose a cozy double. Still, it's about 5000 yen for 2 nights with free breakfast. The room was beautifully renovated and extremely comfortable. There are many hotels in the same price range in Bai Chay, but this was the right choice. However, personally, I didn't need to stay more than two nights in Halong city. I should have used that money to stay in Hai Phong or Ninh Binh. The hotel has clean facilities and friendly staff. The best thing was that the laundry service was excellent, fast, and cheap. (*A little over 200 yen per meal) By the way, the free breakfast was small in number and the quality was pretty good lol

Nice hostel and hotel

The staff is very helpful with everything such as transfer, boat tours to halong Bay and just quistons abort everything. The experience was all around good. Clean rooms and dorms aswell!
We could also cancel a night and get 100% refund with no problems.

Great value for money!

Amazing Hotel!
Hd lots of fun, easy go meet people and play pool :) also the staff was superb, very helpful for booking tours, bikes or bus to Hanoi.
Also breakfast had good options and plentiful alternatives. Room was tidy and clean.
Would definitely recommend and come back!
