Very clean and friendly

Although their English isn’t great (and neither is my Vietnamese), the staff are very helpful and friendly. This hotel has spacious and clean, air conditioned, rooms. Also the price is ridiculously cheap for our stay in November.
Would definitely recommend.

Awful

We stayed here for 3 nights and I can easily say, do not stay here. When checking in, we were just given a key with our room number on and pointed away from the desk, no welcoming to the hotel at all. Room was clean, however the bathroom had two holes at the top, so hearing next door was very clear. Not only could we hear next door but also the building works that started at 5am every single morning. This hotel is horrendous. The staff are ignorant, rude and will physically push you out of the way. We were also pointed and shouted a lot at by numerous staff here. This is the worst hotel we have stayed at in Southeast Asia. They hold family meals every day that pack the lobby so much you are forced to leave the hotel through a side alley. Do not use their bus services to Hanoi either, it was late and filled with screaming kids and dogs. Would not recommend staying here at all.

Excellent

We had really good time here. Hotel is new, clean and service was great. Free wifi with a good signal, laundry service for a good price and hotel staff was available nonstop and really helpfull. The hotel is about 2 minutes walking to the promenade, as Catba town is really small and everything is around the corner. I can recommend.

Všechno nový ,krásný...

V hotelu jsme pobyli 5 nocí a byli jsme velmi spokojeni.Hotel leží mimo rušné nábřeží a v noci byl na ulici klid.Samotný pokoj byl krasný a nový a stejně tak koupelna.Na pokoji byla klimatizace a lednička. Recepční byl ochotný a velice vstřícný.V hotelu je možné si nechat vyprat prádlo a případně objednat autobus. Na naší cestě jsme už navštívili mnoho ubytovacích zařízení a hotel Tien Luat patří mezi ty nejlepší.
