A well-organized hostel

This hostel is very comfortable due to its location. They are very well organized, which is a significant advantage when there is such high demand.
I want to give special mention to the included breakfast. I've stayed in many hostels in different cities around the world, and I've never seen such a thoughtful and complete breakfast. Congratulations!

clean bathroom the room had enough space to move around for 6 people Breakfast was a buffet and the staff was making omelettes at that time. generally clean hotel and good location

HI GIANG LOOP

This has been the vest stay/experiences of my life. We booked hi giang loop and halon bay cruise through this hostel. The hostel was good. We stayed in a private room, which was fairly large, provided soaps with razors toothpaste toothbrush tea/coffee, television, and hairdryer. Breakfast was included and was average.
HI GIANG LOOP
It's one of the best things I've ever done, and im glad I chose buffalo to go with the tour guides. They were brilliant, and so were the people we stayed with. The food was great. The parts were great and ofcource the scenery was greatl. We've also booked the halon Bay cruise for tomorrow, but we have decided to come back to hanoi after and stay back in this hostel for a couple of days

Amazing customer service

Buffalo were such a helpful hostel when it came to tours! They organised 2 tours for us then offered us a night stay in there sister central hostel! They were great at giving you all the assistance to get you to your next destination. I would definitely use them again if I go back to Vietnam as they were so helpful on WhatsApp with anything I needed in terms of information and keeping you up to date!

Good for ha giang loop , staff friendly and good

Stayed here as we were doing the Ha Giang Loop. I definitely recommend going through buffalo hostel for this trip.
In terms of the hostel itself, the lift was far too small. And you have to still walk up and down stairs to get to each floor even with using the lift, not disabled friendly, or ideal in general. Staff great and friendly. Beds were good, bathroom was good, lockers were big however make a musical tune when opening so isn’t ideal during the night when people are sleeping. Same to open the room door. Breakfast was okay.
