The room was very spacious with a nice big bed and good toilet/shower/bath facilities.
A small balcony that afforded a great view of the city (strange door arrangement though).
Service was efficient and polite. I had a meal in the room and also took advantage of the laundry service both of which were fine.
The location was good too, only a short taxi ride from the airport and to the main tourist attractions in the centre.
But the main feature which was outstanding was the very large infinity pool. This was massive and a good depth so as to allow easy swimming but also allow you to stand. I have been to the infamous infinity pool at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore but in my opinion these was much better. Only ever a few other people in the pool when I visited which made for a nicer experience aswell.
Would definitely recommend.

too many issues to make stay enjoyable

Our junior suite was for 5 of us but had one towel upon arrival. There was no milk to make a cup of tea. No wine glasses in room. Nowhere to hang towels in tiny ensuite.2 remotes for 3 TV's. One needed batteries replaced.no bath mat in ensuite. Wifi kept dropping out. No cutlery, crockery or microwave in kitchen. Last morning shower was cold. Not worth the money we paid. Not coming back, even though pool was amazing.

Fantastic stay

Huynh (great lady) at the restaurant on the 25th floor made our visit a fantastic one. Probably one of the best staff with excellent customer service at the dinner buffet.

Hotel was great! Bedroom was big. Bed and shower excellent.
Casino was ok. Would be better if more people went as it was empty when I was there. The pool is very good. Yes there are lots of tiles missing. There is no swim up pool bar. The bar is inside. It was often quite windy up there which was not enjoyable.
The location of the hotel is only ok. Very close to the airport which was good. We found that we needed to get a grab to most places we wanted to go though. Breakfast was great. Overall I recommend this hotel however next time I would stay in a different location.

Go for the views.

We didn’t have the best experience but the service manager was very good and has looked after us. The views are amazing.
