A truly happy experience!!

I had such a wonderful stay, thanks to the incredibly kind staff here. I can’t remember everyone’s names, but I want to express my gratitude to all of them: the staff member who helped us with our late-night check-in, the one who served us special tea and food, the person who made me Cà Phê Sữa Đá every morning, the chef who prepared the special soup, the staff who kept our breakfast table spotless every morning, and the one who so kindly handled our fruit basket request. It was also a pleasure to run into the boss! Thank you all so much. If I ever visit Hue again, this is definitely the hotel I want to stay at.

Family-owned and Operated, This Centrally-located Hotel Strives to Please Its Guests

Centrally located a block and a half from the city’s lovely walkway along the Perfume River, and right around the corner from “Vo Thi Sau”, the street that converts into a “walking street” and very popular “block party” on Friday and Saturday nights. It is near many good restaurants, and only about four blocks from where the “Dragon boats” dock.
The staff went out of their way to assist us in every way they could. For example, they helped us find a good and inexpensive “fragrance-free” local laundry to enable us to refresh our clothes midway through our 16-day trip. Although that bulk “wash, dry, and fold” service did not include starch and ironing, 2 kilos of laundry cost less than would two shirts done in a hotel, if ironed and returned on hangers.
(Note that some Vietnamese laundries use so much Downy and dryer sheets that the smell lingers even after many washings). After having learned this the hard way on a previous trip to Viet Nam, I am now very careful about this.
I am happy to recommend this hotel. I was happy there and expect you will be too.

A pleasant surprise

We stayed at this hotel, on the occasion of our wedding anniversary, we had a great time, they gave us an exceptional treatment, we were pampered from the first minute, the hotel has an enviable location, is located a short walk from the center of the nightlife and the most famous restaurants, top cleaning, unsurpassed breakfast, varied and full of everything you could wish for, we will definitely return.

Rooftop is perfectly situated for sunset photo ops. Rooms are functional and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is varied and food is fresh. Staff is welcoming and very helpful. Small store in lobby offers locally made sandals and shoes at very affordable prices. Within easing walking distance to the Perfume River.
