Khá ổn trong tầm giá

Nhân viên thân thiện dễ thương, đồ ăn vừa miệng, gần chợ đêm đi chơi khá tiện. Vì lần trước đến Phú quốc mình ở khách sạn hơi xa trung tâm nên đi chơi các điểm khá mệt. Lần này chọn ở gần chợ đêm đi chơi, đi ăn uống tiện hơn hẳn

Bad experience

We stayed in hotel where pickup and drop was complimentary . Stay was ok but when checkout they arranged the drop to airport and mentioned in night while confirmeniing that hotel will pay the taxi directly. In early morning at 4 when asked reception about taxi he said it will come in 10 mins. When driver dropped us he demanded us 1,70,000 VND as hotel didn’t paid him. We were cheated and forced to pay . When contacted hotel over phone and email we didn’t recieved any revert . Mostly receptionist are the money taking from hotel and not passing to driver . He might have thought that foreigner guest would bother much but it was pure cheating so we had to put review on this . Be careful and avoid this hotel.

Bad smell!

Arriving in the hotel in the evening, only helped by the concierge (no 24h reception). Nobody helped our luggage to the room. Had to change rooms twice, because it had not the oceanview they promised. The third room had an ok view. Not even the worst: all the rooms smelled really really bad. Bathroomdoor couldn't open properly, because the toilet was right behind it. Also a window was not closing. We left in 30 minutes, asked our money back with the wonderful help of booking.com and booked somewhere else.

New Hotel with a nice sea view restaurant on the top level

Stayed for only 1 night,overall cleanliness is good. Location is good. But if you are booking this hotel, forget about the hotel breakfast. Other then the great view nothing edible is worth your time. There's lots of cheap and good food just a few steps away.

Gia đình tôi đến đây nghỉ rất nhiều lần, dù đi nghỉ rất nhiều nơi, nhưng đến ks này phải đánh giá là xứng đáng 5 sao về chất lượng cũng như dịch vụ. Đặc biệt là giá cả hợp lý, sạch sẽ, sang trọng, dịch vụ tốt. Lễ tân nhiệt tình,chu đáo .lần sau tôi sẽ lại tới
