An unbeatable option in Victoria Falls
We enjoyed this hotel for three days. It was an amazing stay. Every thing is new in there. Their garden is lovely, with a couple of pools and a water channel between them. Their rooms are very nice and spacious, with a terrace that faces the garden. Their restaurant has a great atmosphere with a lovely terrace, direct views to the garden and a great food offering. Service was outstanding all the time. Their concierge facility was very efficient as well. It is close to the Falls, at about two kilometers distance. All in all, it was a perfect stay for us.

What a beautiful resort, top to bottom - gardens, pools, rooms, main lobby, service, give - our family of 12 is so sad to leave!! The service is unbeaten- our table for breakfast and dinner was visited by the sous and executive chefs with words and philosophy about food and feeding people that actually really deeply impacted us ❤️ our server Providence needs a special shout-out - she is so loving and attentive and took special care of noir vegans - she is a credit to the restaurant and I do please hope she is celebrated by her management team. Every Gardner, porter - the whole team is professional, upbeat, and focused on your total comfort - can’t recommend a stay here enough, thank you Waterfalls!!

Wonderful Vacation Spot
My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Waterfalls Lodge in July. The location is beautiful and the staff was amazing. They made sure we were comfortable and looked after during our visit. Muzie was a big help with transporting us to locations and let us know he was available to help during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at Waterfalls Lodge when visiting Victoria Falls.

incredible place & service
my family and i had an incredible stay at waterfalls lodge! the entire team made sure we had the best time and could go everywhere we needed to go. muzie went out of his way to communicate with us and let us know he could bring us anywhere we needed and would pick us up after we gave him a call. this place was so, so special and we are grateful for being able to stay for a few days

Amazing location and stay
