Arriving this morning from Khenchela with our teachers’ holiday group, we had the unpleasant surprise to discover that the rooms allocated to us directly overlooked a noisy facility, with machines that run continuously.
After reporting the problem at the front desk, we were simply asked to wait until more rooms became available, after our reservations had been made for a month. We really wonder who runs this hotel... what a disappointment!
For the anecdote, the chief of maintenance workers, crossed in the hallway, launched us in a tone of reproach: “But we gave you these rooms because we didn’t want to take them.” A remark that speaks volumes... who runs this establishment?

A Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

This hotel was absolutely horrible experience. The elevators looked like people had vomited in them. The room was dirty, with cockroaches having fun everywhere. The bathroom was just disgusting, full of mold, and it took forever for the hot water to start.
The towels had suspicious colors, and the food was a complete disaster. Breakfast was poor and barely edible. Honestly, I could keep going for hours about how bad this place is. Avoid it at all costs!

Impossible to contact hotel

E-mail that is published on hotel`s website gets rejected as non-existent, request submission form after filled, gets an error, how to apprach a hotel with a request for a quote for an event booking is now mistery to me. Is hotel closed for FEB 2025?

Horrible.

We waited 3 hours to access the room with a baby and 2 young children. The room was not ready and the housekeeper was yelling at me asking who allowed me to go upstairs. They put a lot of bleach directly on the floor to clean up. We couldn't breathe with the kids because of the bleach. Then they didn't wash the toilet and fridges I had to ask twice for them to do it. Rotten banana in the fridge. Poop on the bathroom wall throughout the stay. The housekeeper didn't clean up while she was passing by every day. Windows dismantled in the Children's Contributor Corridor. Bedroom door found open twice. Horror not to book.
