A place of great peace and beautiful landscapes

We just returned from this hotel in the mountains, very good heating, excellent landscapes, very good sheets, and comfortable rooms.
Very good service from its employees.
I stayed with full board, the food was homemade and delicious.
The breakfast had a very delicious pastafrola.
I will return to this hotel.

Rest assured

Remodeled hotel, with large spaces. Complete in services to have a good stay at any time of the year. The breakfast service is good, they could add Ligh options but it is quite varied.
Away from the center, so rest is possible. Likewise the collective passes through the door.
It doesn't have good wifi signal, except at the entrance.
Very friendly staff, of which I will highlight that I left forgotten some bracelets that I just communicated and gave notice retrieved and stored until I could look for them. That gesture is everything
So go a 10 for this hotel

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE

I had a bad experience. The hotel is generally regular. The heated pool is dirty, the food is bad. The room has good mattresses and pillows.
The problem was that there was a scheduled water outage and we were not notified. Of the 2 days we stayed, one spent without water. Not only could we not bathe, but we could not go to the bathroom. When I asked for a solution they gave me a very dirty bucket and told me to take water out of the pool and flush it in the toilet. In the bathroom of the reception there was water and we were not warned. And when we found out, it was dirty and paperless. Not even that delicacy they had. They lied to us all the time. They told us that in 15 minutes the water was coming back, that a truck with water was coming to fill the tanks and I don’t know how many more things. When I showed them the news of the newspaper where it said it was a scheduled cut, they had no alternative and stopped lying. A disgrace. I would never go back to that hotel or recommend it to anyone.

My personal review, do not buy the salame and cheese offered by the waiter before leaving.

The comfortable room, without many pretensions, bathroom with details to improve.We went with Full Pension, both breakfast and lunch and dinner acceptable.Very good heated indoor pool.The park well maintained, away from the center, you have to move by taxi.

Bellos días en el hotel "el cóndor"

Hermoso el hotel, muy limpio ,impecable ,la atención del personal exelente ,el salón de aperitivo y picada muy rico , y el salón de desayuno impecable.la pileta climatizada genial , y el spa hermosa la atención también
