It is an acceptable hotel for the price.. but they can improve
We stayed one night only... the truth is that many things are missing from the hotel... the hot tub water was cold... and being outdoors I should be more careful about that... the grill this cute can be made a roast only q should not charge for its use... and lastly few tables for breakfast we had to wait for breakfast

WE GOT RIPPED OFF WITH THE ROOM, DIRT, DETONATED MATTRESSES, TOTAL LACK OF MAINTENANCEOOO
The JANUARY 2025 experience WAS TERROR!!!!!!!!
We booked and paid for the entire suite room with frigobar in the month of August with a promotion that we were offered from the hotel that we were never given!!!! (We pay cash and cash!!!!!)
We had the chats that verified our reservation in this room and so and everything DID NOT GIVE US THE ROOM WE PAID for sending us in principle to 1 of the 3 rooms that have glued to the kitchen and breakfast that are basically A CAN. The noise, lack of cleaning and ventilation is total. Imagine that you open the window and you have people at 1 meter breakfast.... but the worst part is that they ARE NOT ASHAMED TO OFFER THOSE MATTRESSES because they are not mattresses a little worn. THEY'RE DETONATED!
3 times we changed rooms and claimed a mattress in good condition until we were given one inside the whole zafable. As if this were not enough THE MUGREEEEEEEEEE!!! Spider webs, dirty glass, totally detonated black out curtains.
It really is a shame, because the location of the hotel is spectacular and it is also quite new and “cute”. Only they DON'T CLEAN OR MAINTAIN ANYTHING SINCE THEY OPENED PRACTICALLY
I want to highlight the smile and kindness with which employees face all these situations WITHOUT SOLVING ANYTHING, because even if they have changed our rooms 3 times WE WERE CONNED! THEY NEVER GAVE US THE ROOM WE PAID FOR AND DIDN'T APOLOGIZE OR GIVE US ANY ATTENTION TO REMEDY THIS.
ATENTIS ALSO BECAUSE THERE ARE ALWAYS SOME INFLUENCERS PROMOTING THIS HOTEL AND IT IS PURE SMOKE
And finally if you arrive at the hotel and you get the rooms and mattresses downstairs GOOD LUCK AND COMPLAIN BEFORE LEAVING THINGS.

They don't recognize the booking by Whatsapp because they say they hacked it.
You communicate to the WhatsApp of the website, make a reservation, pay and then they tell you that their WhatsApp was hacked and that you paid the hacker. I go back to the page and it refers me to the same WhatsApp. Why didn't you delete that WhatsApp? They knew it was hacked. Accomplices
I call EMTUR and they don't recognize them as a hotel.

Hotel Boutique??? nowhere near
Despite booking almost a month in advance, the receptionist told us that we had been assigned the last available room. It was dirty, a single glass with garbage inside, the mattress sunk and faced straight to breakfast so all the preparation of it prevents you from resting. And let alone the guests eating breakfast. Then we were switched to another room on the first floor. The lock almost didn't serve its purpose, the mattresses barely better. All smelling damp and the cleanliness continued to shine through its absence. Great was the surprise to return to the night and find that the room had not been fixed. Of course, even by whatsapp you are sent all the prohibitions and penalties for staining or losing towels (almost reviewers) or keys...
Ahhh, besides the receptionist has to attend a hotel on the way back, so don’t be surprised to wait for the door to be opened until she returns... if she improved 100% she would reach the category of VERY BAD.

Stained sheets, stained bed cover, broken window, basic breakfast, bad service, fungus on the bathroom curtain!
Bed: Colcon very worn, it sank from just supporting you.
Linens. Dirty sheets and even stained with blood!! (photo) Bed cover with brown stains of I don't know what! of which the girl who set up the room knew and tried to "cover" it with a footboard (photos).
Wire. The transmission kept cutting off.
Breakfast. Very basic. Croissants and lactal bread. I even had to ask for common tea because it wasn't available.
Bathroom: FUNGI!!!! On the bathroom curtain! Musty smell. There was no hair dryer. The 1st day when I went to shower I had 2 bottles of shampoo and conditioner. I used half and the next day when I went to take a shower, the girl who cleaned the room took the 2nd of each one, and left me only half of each one. They even skimped on that! And they take away what they had given you….
Rusty bathroom trash can, broken pedal.
Staff attention. It was bad on WhatsApp before arriving. I made the transfer at 11 in the morning and they read on WhatsApp that they asked for confirmation of receipt of the payment and they did not respond. At 6 in the afternoon they just confirmed me. During the stay, the attention at the reception was very unfriendly. Even the first night when they complained about the cleanliness upon arrival in the next room, the guy at the reception came up and couldn't give an answer other than telling them to wait until the next morning to talk to the “supervisor”.
Annoying noises: My room was on the 1st floor and you could hear the bell at the entrance door and the noise of the intercom opening both day and night.
Rooms close together: you could hear everything. The first night a family arrived in the next room and noticed, like me, the dirt and dirty sheets. They called the reception, the boy came and it was 2 in the morning and you could hear the screams (super logical) of Mrs. next door (the next morning they left the hotel)
2nd night. I heard the man next door snoring. It never happened to me in any hotel!
Also due to the lack of maintenance, the window that overlooked a hallway had the lock broken and would not close. Honestly, I couldn't leave the room in peace, leaving my things knowing that anyone could open it from the outside.
Too expensive for what they offer. It should have the cost of a hostel at most.
