Room was great! Sleep amazing! Air conditioning work great! Didn’t have time for breakfast but the spot was in the best area for food spots!

Vorrei cercare un altro posto dove stare mentre si visita Mendoza.

La posizione dell'hotel era buona - più vicino alle attività in città. Camera piccola, sentita angusta - la stanza era molto più piccola di 25 metri quadrati come pubblicizzato. Quando gli chiesero la dimensione della stanza, gli impiegati della reception non mi dissero la dimensione reale della stanza. Lampadine bruciate. L'ascensore può contenere 2 persone alla volta - uno di loro non si allinea con il pavimento quando è fermo. Quando l'ascensore era attivo - ha fatto un rombo basso come rumore come se ci fosse un terremoto.

The attitude of the staff was deplorable and there was zero initiative to provide good service.

The hotel is modern in terms of its facilities, but the service from the front desk to the kitchen (during breakfast) needs significant improvement. There was zero initiative from all the staff, with a constant sour expression. They made the experience cumbersome.
Another point is the cleanliness of the bathroom and the odor that emanated from the bathroom to the room; it was disgusting. There was a smell of sewage and the fan was dirty.
Another thing, the breakfast is not a buffet at all. On the first day, they didn't even have butter, and there were no eggs or other options. Everything was very basic, and additionally, the attitude of the kitchen staff was unfriendly and unpleasant. They never greeted us due to their own lack of motivation. Terrible advertising. I would not return.
Regarding the air conditioning duct, it always makes noise, especially at night. Very annoying.

Hotel experience

I met the hotel for a package with take off, the hubication was good and the work staff very good, except the system that has the shower to get hot water, the hotel is very good

The Hotel M was… okay. The room was cramped. There was very little room to walk around the beds and we had trouble opening and closing the curtains as the bed was so tight to them. The washroom was clean but, while the rain shower head was great the knob that controlled it was broken and fixed with electricians tape. You had to keep pushing it to get full flow. The towels were nice. The sheets were nice but it was just a flat sheet between me and the mattress. Moving around in the night resulted with my body on the bare mattress. The soap shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were of poor quality.
Most of the common areas were nice, but several places on our floor had water damage on the walls.
The included breakfast was okay.
Most of the staff were functional if a bit surly. The exception was Augusto who always seemed to be present and always had a smile on his face. He was the redeeming part of the stay.
I wouldn’t be too upset if I had to stay at the Hotel M again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.
