Un muy buen 3 estrellas

Es un muy buen hotel 3 estrellas situado en la zona céntrica de Río Grande.
Habitaciones bien, desayuno acorde , posee restaurante y cochera. Tiene muy buena ambientación con elementos antiguos de la ciudad.
Es un hotel tradicional que debería reinventarse y podría mejorar la categoría
La atención del personal es excelente

Sold our paid-up room, but found lodging

We paid in full for our room at reservation 2-3 mo. before. After a long day's drive, they had record of the reservation but no rooms available. They did, however, send us to a higher quality hotel and they covered the difference in price.

Falta de respeto

Hice la reserva por Internet de una habitación doble, tenía captura de pantalla y recibí una conformación por mail. Al presentarnos en recepción quisieron aplicarnos una tarifa mayor con trato irrespetuoso. Nos sentimos defraudados y nos fuimos

Buena atención del personal

Nunca renovaron las habitaciones como muestran las fotos de la página, son viejas y las camas con los resortes salidos. A la noche tuvieron un evento en el restaurante y escuchamos el karaoke hasta las 3:30 de la madrugada.

No esta mal

Una buena opcion para la ciudad. Ubicado en el centro y de facil acceso a toda la ciudad. Habitacion comoda aunque un tanto antigua. Buena atencion, buen desayuno, cochera a pocos metros del hotel. Restoran que solo funciona por la noche, buenas opciones de comida.
Buen wifi. Volveria sin dudarlo
