Great family hotel
The house is clean, very cozy and perfectly attuned to families – but above all you can feel the warm, family atmosphere everywhere. The hotel has been run by the Lackner family for generations. The owners are extremely friendly, helpful and always personally on site – you feel welcome from the first moment.
For young and old, the hotel offers an incredible amount: Of particular note is the large wellness and water world with several pools, water slides and a separate adults-only wellness area – perfect for relaxing while the children have their fun.
The location is ideal: right next to the ski lift “8er-Jet” and therefore in the middle of the Ski amadé ski area – it could hardly be more convenient.
Culinary highlights include Lacknerhof. The day starts with a rich breakfast buffet, wellness snacks in the afternoon and a 5-course menu in the evening (for the little ones a children's buffet) are a dream. Particularly positive is the importance placed on seasonality, regionality and sustainability – this is far from a given these days.
A small but very helpful tip: The ski passes are available directly at the reception, and hotel guests get a 10% discount at the Hermann-Maier Ski School – a real plus for families.

Disappointment
The hot pools were really cold , so was the jacuzzi and the outdoor pool .
The food is terrible!!
Very expensive for a medium-sized hotel.

The water world with its pools, slides and relaxation zones is a real highlight – perfect for young and old.
Childcare is warm, creative and dedicated – so parents can really relax.
The gastronomic offer is also first-class: varied, fresh and prepared with lots of love – pure pleasure! ️
Big praise to the friendly staff and the excellently maintained house – everywhere cleanliness and a smile!
We are guaranteed to come back – a place where you can just feel comfortable and enjoy.

Top for families
As new guests, everything was explained to us in detail. The digital holiday companion is also a great idea and is very helpful.
The rooms and food were impeccable. Childcare, too.
Of course, we also used the play facilities and the summer toboggan run with our kids.
However, the main time was spent in the pool area and on the water slides.
A clear recommendation for families in our view.
