• We Feel Home

The hotel’s Turkish Owner made us feel like we were at home. Their hospitality and care were excellent. The cleanliness and layout of the rooms were really good. The location is also convenient, with proximity to Schönbrunn Palace. Recommendation with ease, we would love to come back.

Nice renovated hotel

We visited the newly renovated looking hotel in May 2025. The room as well as bathroom was very clean. In addition, there were 2 pillows per person with different degrees of hardness on the bed.
High praise a the service. As we booked the hotel through TUI and TUI apparently did NOT pass the room with breakfast to the hotel. We were given breakfast by the hotel staff for our stay.
The breakfast had a good and wide selection.
The hotel is within walking distance of the tram stop of lines 10 and 52. In addition, the underground line U3 can be reached by tram with a few stops.
On balance, the price performance for the hotel is good.

Good hotel

Positive: very good location. Great welcome team, spacious and clean rooms. If there are problems there is always an arrangement. We had some problems and they changed rooms. Always smiling despite the language problem. Great cuisine for everyone. Negative: no air conditioning too hot at night no swimming pool although it was planned but otherwise very nice

Great place to stay

Very good place where to stay if you need a place to sleep. Big beed, comfy room, beautiful bathroom. Oportunity to use sauna and pool. Friendly and helpful administrator.
But if you want to eat breakfast on dinner, you have to look for another places.

I don't recommend it

Poorly served area and not recommendable in the evening if you are on foot or by public transport. Swimming pool with cold water. They didn't make up our room by making excuses. We had two rooms, one very small on the second floor without a lift: they won't help you carry your luggage. A ground floor suite with central skylight. This last room was full of ants complete with ant traps and roaches in the room. Too much light and noise in the room. Cold bathroom. Tea and coffee maker unplugged without a socket to connect it to. There are other facilities at the same price that are better managed
