Nice, but remember the service!

Downtown and really nice hotel. Most can be reached within walking distance. Otherwise easy with the subway.
Nice with direct access from the suite to the delicious rooftop terrace
Parking in public P-house.
On our arrival there were other guests who apparently deserved more attention, so my wife got no help with the luggage but I parked the car

Goid choice for a budget spartan vacation with kids

Great location close to the palace and the museum. The U-bahn station is not particularly useful as it does not belong to the main line. The hotel is rennovated, located in a building with extremely high ceilings - mind the issues with heating and air conditionibg. Be careful while reserving the rooms. Especially avoid the first floor by the street - noisy day and night, very dark, and no rennovation can turn this basement into the real room. No phone to contact reception. Long distance from the bed to the bathroom and not enough space for suitcases.. Also do not forget to bring your own shampoo and conditioner - only shower gel is provided. The bed is comfortable. The staff is very friendly and nice.

The staff was very accommodating. I especially like the size of the room. It was quiet and we got a restful sleep. Very close to museums and parks, including metro.

Perfect location, nice rooms

Location is perfect and rooms are big and well decorated. It's a new property and can have some teething issues however the staff tries their best to fix them. Breakfast can be better

Beautiful boutique hotel with attention to detail ⭐️

We had a very pleasant stay at the Boutique Hotel House of Ble. The rooms are spacious, modernly furnished, and very clean. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, so we felt welcome from the very beginning.
We were particularly pleasantly surprised by the breakfast: The ingredients were fresh and lovingly presented. Yogurt and butter were provided chilled in a small refrigerator – a thoughtful detail that underscores the high quality and care. Overall, everything left a very positive impression.
We would love to come back and can recommend the hotel without reservation!
