World-class hospitality!

The host Sanda showed my wife and I world-class hospitality when we stayed whilst bicycling around Belgium. We arrived exhausted, and she helped us get settled and order food in. This involved allowing us to use her phone number as a contact for the delivery. She was also incredibly patient and gracious when we asked if we could upgrade our room to a deluxe room with air conditioning, and she made it happen. Every detail was perfect, both in the room, and at the delicious breakfast. Sanda cared for us like family when we really needed it, and will be forever grateful for our wonderful stay at Hotel Amaryllis! Thank you, Sanda!!

Poor Welcoming! Don't go with a Vivabox!

I didn't go!
Request by email a reservation by Vivabox, no answer... the person said did not check his emails... for a hotel... weird!
After the call, request for one night from Wednesday to Thursday, we are told that no booking on Wednesday, we agree to move from Tuesday to Wednesday... no room...
If you don't accept Vivaboxes, don't participate, we are a gift...
Really bad!
Obviously we will not recommend it to anyone, since we are not welcome!

To be absolutely avoided!!!

As soon as we arrive the welcome is frigid closed bar, remark on my nationality of Italian origin when I give my ID card, there are barely 30 minutes before the check in but the receptionist prefers that we go out and come back at 3pm to give us the room, we are 2 rooms occupied only on a hotel of 12 rooms, it is dirty on the walls plush and cobwebs, mosquito and bathroom with mold finally an indescribable smell in the hall, it did not make us want to have breakfast there without describing the smell in this hotel, I do not recommend at all!!!

Okay, but that's it.

We expected more from this hotel, both from the mediocre service and from the breakfast. One positive is that everything is very neat. But it is not recommended for us anyway. For the price we actually expected a bit more. I call it a good foundation.

Regrettable experience.

The room does not fit the description. Sheets were yellow compared to the others lying on the bed.
The chairs at the tables for breakfast had dirty spots on the covers.
Breakfast was very poor. No fresh yogurt, fresh fruit present but only for the first. If you are second, you no longer have a choice because everything is gone.
Definitely not price/quality.
