Linda is a thief and especially not an honest woman. We agreed on a rate on the phone

Negative experience when booking and cancellation by the manager a few days before our planned arrival.
We wanted to book directly and called Linda Meder from the hotel.
We had difficulty getting them on the phone, they did not call back and we received no response to emails.
Ultimately we were able to reserve a room by telephone for 21 and 22/08/2023.
A few days before our arrival we sent an email that we were looking forward to staying at the hotel. We received a telephone call from Linda informing us that she did not have a room available and that she had not sent a confirmation email. We assumed that a telephone appointment and confirmation by email would be in order.
So our holiday plan fell apart.
We believe that the manager of the hotel was not interested in people with a Wonderbox voucher.
But we certainly don't appreciate the fact that she lets us down like this and we certainly don't find it professional.

Pacific Weelde
Economical accommodation with very clean ensuite rooms.
Bar and Restaurant - highly recommended as a base for South Holland.
Have been staying here for 20 years.
