First time at the hotel
Service of maneuver, very good, super attentive and polite the gentleman who served. Reception on arrival, very good the service of the lady, friendly, fast and efficient.
Room with great acoustics, having excellent shower. Very good bed. Breakfast is of good quality, being a very wide environment. The hotel in general is very good, and I gave 4 stars for it.
But if it were for two details, I might give you 3 stars, being reasonable, but we can't put a whole structure in two unique moments that don't demonstrate the good potential of the hotel.
First detail that I didn't like --- The smart tv didn't work the you tube, didn't pick up the wify, I called the reception and I was transferred to someone who would be of the maintenance, the guy just kept asking for me on the phone, going watching the setup of the tv to see if I had access to the wify or not-----all well--------but honestly, a technician should come to the room, look at the TV and leave ready, after all we are paying this service, and not asking for me to be moving in control and TV that I don't know the functions. I really never saw it, until TV in other hotels changed to smart terms. In summary, we watched the note book and the TV was turned off, because when I saw that it would not work out, I told him that I would turn and didn't need it, and he didn't even call much, until I thought I would contact to see if it worked out, but not.
And the other detail, it was at the check-out that I ordered the car at the reception after the coffee, talking directly with the boy who was there at the counter of the reception, before entering the elevator, to speed up my exit because I had a customer booked. In short, we came down 10 minutes later and the car was not requested, we had to wait. If we ask and it can be done, why not? I really don't understand that.
Two different situations that are punctual. Do not reflect the quality of the hotel, I always say that in a hotel, it depends a lot on the staff that takes, and sometimes has good experiences on arrival and not so much on exit or vice versa. But the hotel is very good, see that we know others from Itajaí and we can say that.

Agradecemos por compartilhar sua experiência conosco e, principalmente, por reconhecer os diversos aspectos positivos de sua hospedagem, como o atendimento de nossa equipe de manobristas e recepção, o conforto do quarto, a qualidade da cama e do chuveiro e nosso café da manhã.
Lamentamos, contudo, os transtornos relacionados à televisão e ao acionamento do serviço de manobrista no momento do check-out. Concordamos que, ao solicitar auxílio para a TV, o atendimento deveria ter sido mais efetivo, com a presença de um profissional no apartamento para identificar e solucionar o problema, evitando que o próprio hóspede precisasse realizar os procedimentos. Da mesma forma, sentimos muito pela falha no acionamento do veículo, especialmente considerando que sua solicitação foi feita antecipadamente com o objetivo de agilizar sua saída.
Recebemos seus apontamentos com muita atenção e os compartilharemos com as equipes responsáveis, pois situações como essas nos ajudam a identificar oportunidades de melhoria e reforçar nossos padrões de atendimento.
Ficamos especialmente satisfeitos com sua percepção de que esses episódios foram pontuais e não representam a qualidade geral do hotel. Esperamos ter a oportunidade de recebê-lo novamente e proporcionar uma experiência ainda mais completa, à altura das suas expectativas.
