Christmas in the Family

We participated in the Christmas package, the accommodations are adequate, the restaurant staff engaged and offered us a very well crafted and tasty dinner.
The child and adult recreation team, are top, Uncle Canela, Uncle Hair, Aunt Jason and Uncle Aladin, have made the difference in the entertainment of the gallery!

Outside, beautiful viola, inside, bread...

A shame! With good location and good architecture the decadence of this hotel is obvious. With a beautiful pool and equipment in its surroundings, there is no catering service and no bar to serve guests. And this in full weekend! The employees are poorly trained and with rare excesses, little courtesy.
The maintenance of the apartments leaves much to be desired. Roasted showers, washroom drains and clogged floors, TVs with no remote control, phone for the room, are all things that are messy. Offer help to a couple of elderly take their bags to the upper floor (there is no taper), nor think! I do not recommend staying in this hotel while visiting Limeira. Breakfast has nothing special, but it's OK. Even on the weekend at 10:30 and another second, they collect everything as if the world was about to end.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before, I like that this is the only hotel in this city with a pool, nice restaurant, kid friendly yard areas. The hotel is well located, quiet and safe. But the rooms need urgent improvement. Room had an old rusted mini bar and furniture were bit up. The room was extremely filthy upon arrival and it did not get better any time after. Cleaners did a horrible job and often left us without toilet paper, soap and clean towels. Beds did not have proper sheet sets and towels were after stained and dirty. The floors and shower walls were an absolutely disgusting the whole time. Tv had no internet connection and trash cans were broken and rusted.

Avoid this hotel

We bought the Christmas 2024 package. The experience has been awful since the check-in. We arrived around 13:30h, we were waiting until 15h, entry time, at the reception. A lot of people were gathering from 3 p.m. They formed two huge queues. Receptionists disappeared. A lot of confusion. One hour and ten minutes standing in line, people assaulting to the refrigerator of water and soda from the reception, we received the card to enter the room. We booked two rooms. Only one was ready at 4:10.
To sum up the disaster that was, there were three leaks in the bathroom, which remained until we left. One on the tap register, one under the sink, one in the toilet shower. All the time the bathroom was flooded. Neighbor's room was also with leakage. Lack of food at dinner. I'll be more specific. Missed meat. The dinner started at 20:00 and at 20:30 there was no more jam and bird meat. People were picking nuggets on the table for the kids. My daughter had an allergic attack. Dirty room with mold. It had hair, paper stuff that other guests had eaten. It was in the live music pack at the Christmas dinner. During dinner without ambient sound. At 9:00 a.m., a DJ in the pool area started playing funk. It wasn't live music. Played one Christmas song exactly midnight. Only. Various complaints at the reception. The next day until 11 am there was no pool towel. The pool bar hasn't opened. In the end, they charged too much and the manager refused to confess the error alleged by me, saying that the system is not wrong. The employee handed over, took off the 200 reais that were being charged in excess. It was traumatic.

Lying reception

The reception lied to us, we called to reserve the room, and made it clear that we were in four, but when we arrived there was only one double bed and one single bed. I went to the front desk, and the receptionist said it was the standard room, and that I would have to pay to add a bed
