We stayed just an overnight, our room was very spacious ,comfortable and clean . The hotel parking is not free , we paid 10 euros for a night. The breakfast was various, sweet and savory choices. There was fridge in the room but empty , there was not even a bottle of water, for 4-star hotel , it’s unacceptable. The man from the parking was very nice and helpful.

Rude and Unhelpful staff

Literally the worst. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They were reluctant to replace a lost key card. They weren't helpful in accommodating a disability. They didn't answer questions sent by email sent before arrival

There was a grocery store beside the hotel and a pizzeria nearby. The breakfast was good and it was very handy having a restaurant right in the hotel.

Avoid this Hotel - Worst customer service

We recently stayed at Aqua Hotel in Bulgaria as a family. The rooms were quite nice and the location is convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. However, the service was extremely disappointing. Basic amenities like drinking water were not provided in the rooms, and when we requested it over the phone, we were told to get it from outside the hotel—which was quite shocking for a hotel of this standard. Also the cleaning lady never changed towels, cups and toilet papers were not provided. We called to the reception but nothing done.
The worst part of our experience was the parking. The hotel has very limited parking space, and guests are charged 12 BGN per day for it. This added cost and inconvenience made our stay less comfortable than expected.
Overall, while the rooms and location were satisfactory, the poor service and parking situation would make us think twice before booking again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms and common areas were very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would gladly visit again!
