Very old, very dated property. My toilet was loose and would move everytime I would sit on it, indoor pool area was dingy and dirty, pool towels were only at front desk and you had to ask for them (and they didn’t tell you this at check in). They held onto my incidental deposit for several days, but magically when I inquired about it, it was released immediately. Very inconvenient when you are travelling after staying at this hotel and have limited credit card availability. Bottom line - find somewhere else to stay.

The sweet music of the ice machine and delivery/ garbage trucks.
My adult daughter and I booked a 2 day vacation at the end of July. We asked for a non smoking room. The check-in was done seamlessly online. Upon arrival we were given a key with extremely vague directions as to where and how to find the room. Said room was on the first floor facing the back of the hotel -where the deliveries are made. Not an appealing site for morning coffee sitting on dirty plastic chairs. The carpet in the room was stained and looked as if it has not been cleaned in ages. Beds were comfortable and bathroom updated albeit having moldy doorframe. There is air conditionning but warm even if at coldest setting and oh so noisy! We shut it down on the second night to try and sleep between 2am and 6am.The worst part was the ice machine! We learned that clients use the ice machine non stop from 6 am until at least 1:30 am! Do you know how noisy it is??
This is a family hotel. Kids are noisy and can be heard quite easily through the doors. There is a pool but we did not use it because of the brown grim surrounding part of it. That is disgusting.
The setting itself is quite pleasant but this hotel needs major upgrades, upkeep and a thorough cleaning. Remove the carpets!! They are unsanitary! The kids playroom is a nice touch yet stillin a carpeted area. The dining room could use a friendlier, cosier decor.
Needless to say we will not be back. We will not recommend anyone to go until renos are done properly.

Good overall but need lots of love.
It was good overall with A/C units in every rooms (small window unit) but it definitely needs to be revamped. It needs love.
The site is well placed in the area. Not too far from many activities.
Me and my family were there for 3 nights in July 2026. The staff is really kind and helpful. the room was clean but pretty old.
the Recreation Room was a nice touch to this site but again, it needs some love. 1 trampoline out of two was damaged, all the ping-pong balls were cracked, the climbing modules were damaged. The guy who's supposed to be there to help people and take care of the Theater and video game area is really helpful.... when you can find him.
The pools were alright, nothing special. The interior one was very cold so we only used the outdoor one, which is getting dirty pretty quick with everyone using it. They do have someone cleaning it often early in the morning.
The breakfast buffet style was good quality for what it is, but not included in the price of the room so it's another expense if you plan on using it. We paid for it once to try it. I find that they charged too much for my two little girls. I guess they didn't know i pretty much ate everything we served them. I should have told them and i am sure they could have adjusted the price as i heard one of the staff accommodate another family. They gave one of my dauther a little cake for her birthday. That was nice.
There was no table area to sit like a cafeteria if you had your own meal. So we had to eat in our room (not too fun for a family of 4 (2 little kids). If you're not going to include some meals, at least provide an area to eat.

Air conditioner was very noisy, no shampoo, only !chair and no hand towels, other than that it was okay.

First and last visit.
Hotel lacks a lot, a lot of love!
Unpleasant smell upon entering the room.
The shower water smelled like rotten eggs.
Only one small container of shampoo and shower gel.
Very, very soft mattress.
Very courteous staff.
