The room was very nice. Sadly there is no elevator and my husband, who has a bit of trouble walking, had to climb the stairs to the second floor. We were told there are no rooms with 2 beds on the 1st floor. It was nice to have Tim Horton's next door, as there was no breakfast offered at the Inn.

Sleepless in Smithers

Beyond terrible. Noisy. No parking.. old. No hot water. Internet sucks. Low budget and is a scam. If you want a terrible sleep, this is the place to stay. Absolute worst

The staff at this hotel are very nice. One thing to mention is that this hotel is NOT ACCESSIBLE for anyone with a wheelchair, or any limited walking/mobility issues. I did not see on the Hotels.com website that this was the case, and made reservations here. We had a room on the second floor, which was a big struggle for me, but thankfully my daughter was able to help me. In addition to no elevator, the hotel lobby requires a person to climb several steep steps to access it. The handrails are not sufficient on this staircase going from the parking lot to the lobby. If I could, I would have changed hotels, but it was too late. None of this is the fault of the people who work here, it is just the building design.
There is a Tim Horton's next door, so if you are in a hurry that is an option for breakfast.
The room was fine for an overnight stay.

Beds were awful, had a better sleep on the floor. Bare minimum cleaning and maintenance of the room. Hotel hallway floors were very dirty. No screens on the windows. Upon checking out, staff didn’t ask how our stay was. Unfortunate to waste our hotel rewards on this stay, we maybe had 2 hours of sleep during our 10 hour stay. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was clean enough but could have been better. Staff was friendly. Temperature control was good. Parking was a little tight.
