Good location with comfortable beds and clean rooms. Staff were very helpful at checking. Nice to have parking included.

I was very disappointed in the room. There was a musty odor and a problem with flushing the toilet. THe flapper would not seat properly and toilet would continue to run. Rather than replace maintenance fixed once but it kept happening. We lifted the lid and kept fixing ourself. Second day housekeeping didn’t come till after 5 pm and only because we complained. This was the first Marriott with no in room complimentary water I had stayed at although the desk clerk did tell us to take two bottles no charge from the pantry.

Nice hotel very close to downtown St. John's. A bit pricey but that's the going rate. Limited parking across the street that you have to pay for, it's not included.

Overpriced property. We stayed 3 nights in a Harbour View King room. Room was smaller than expected and view of harbour blocked by supply vessels the majority of the time. On-site restaurant was disappointing. Better options in the same price range would be the Jag or Alt hotels.
