Felicitaciones

Nos quedamos un grupo de la tercera edad durante una semana, quedamos encantados, la atención de todo el personal exelente, un 10, el desayuno exquisito y abundante, el almuerzo exquisito,la cena igual, muy bien servido con mucho amor, las habitaciones,las camas exelentes, limpias y agradables, los baños excelente,los jardines, terrazas para sentarse al aire libre todo el hotel es un 10, lo recomiendo totalmente y espero poder volver.fui con mi familia éramos 11 en total y lo pasamos muy bien . gracias muchas gracias.celebramos hasta el cumpleaños de mi hermana que cumplió 85 años, Gracias por su atención.

Clean room, safe, needs maintenance, away from city center or attractions

PROS
1. Good room rate for week days
2. Clean and very large ground-floor room for the three of us
3. Comfortable queen and two double beds.
4. Typical Chilean breakfast (tea/coffee, sweetened fruit juice, yoghurt, corn flakes, scrambled egg, white bread, sliced ham and cheese)
CONS
1. Bathroom drain was loose.
2. Painting needed in every room
3. Exposed TV cables and electrical wires
4. Old and cracked bathroom mirror needs to be replaced
5. Pool was not working half of the time of our visit and the grounds and plants look neglected and tired.
We took the "collective" taxi (#8) to the International bus terminal for about 3,000 pesos for the three of us to take a taxi to Tacna, Peru for the day (about a hour via Chilean and Peruvian customs too) for about $10 USD per person each way.

Not bad.

It's a small hotel quit far away form the city center but the hotel's service is very good the room's are clean and warm, bed's are OK. The breakfast was not very good but acceptable, it has a swimming pool and a nice garden. I recommend it.

Molto buono ma lontano dal centro

Un buono hotel con camere molto grandi e pulite con anche ampi spazi ricreativi nei due piani (vedi foto allegate) - discreta colazione - wifi gratuito in tutta la struttura - subito fuori disponibilità di mangiare una buona pizza all'italiana - peccato che rimane lontano dal centro e bisogna prendere per forza un taxi
