Excellent hotel

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. Staff are friendly and attentive, location is stunning and very clean, views are amazing. Lovely pool area, comfortable rooms, great breakfast

Excellent location, excellent hotel, with historic charm, modern renovation and amenities. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The view, grounds and location are outstanding. The only thing for me was that the gym was very sparsely on the weights. It goes only up to 25 kg and has only dumbbells and light weight cable machine.
If you don’t mind that, it is the perfect hotel.

A Beautiful & Tranquil Haven

Overall we thought this hotel was lovely. There were a few negatives but they really don't outweigh the many positives. Palace Natali was just delightful, surpassed only by the staff who were excellent. It’s hard to remember a hotel where we’ve received such a warm genuine welcome and that persisted for the duration of the holiday. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel itself is a beautifully renovated Mansion. Public spaces within the hotel are full of character and so inviting. The gardens incredibly well kept and relaxing. Rooms are well appointed, the bed very comfortable and the shower nice and powerful. This hotel is such a tranquil haven, light years apart from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town. There are a few negatives, most of which have been mentioned in other reviews. Water is provided on the 1st night but not subsequently. Actually there’s a collar on the bottle telling you to refill and re use. Breakfast also features quite a lot! There’s definitely room for improvement. We found that certain breakfast items were not replenished particularly quickly. The menu items are a little hit and miss. Bizarrely poached eggs were always perfect while scrambled eggs, omelettes and the roasted veg, could have been better. That said, I’m not sure you can expect a breakfast similar to at home, which is why we’ve not reduced our score. The other thing that’s worth mentioning is that this hotel occupies quite an elevated position over Dubrovnik. While it was not an issue for us, anybody with any mobility issues would struggle here and would have to rely on Public Transport or Taxis. There really are an awful lot of steps

Stunning location

A beautiful hotel with a very relaxing vibe .
Unfortunately I had planned to stay for two nights but left abruptly due to a very nasty fall in their gym , I was rushed to hospital with a broken shoulder .
The floor has been finished with concrete and no protective layer for falls !! I am now out of action for 3 months .
I suggest mats to be put on the gym floor to protect guests .
No apologies or concern shown by the staff after the ordeal .
