Super address
The Villa is slightly higher in a quiet part of Dugi Rat. Between the other houses you can see the sea.
The Villa is really fully equipped, very comfortable and clean.
We have a private parking space and private pool.
The Villa has a sheltered, quite large garden with several terraces so you can choose any time of the day whether you want to sit or lie in the sun or in the shade.
The garden is mainly grass. The shade is provided by grape bushes, fig trees, a walnut tree and around tall laurel bushes. On the lower terrace is next to a seat also a brick bbq
The Villa has two bedrooms with private air conditioning, a bathroom, an eat-in kitchen with air conditioning and a living room with TV.

Home away from home
This place is great Orvas Hotels where very helpful in preparation for us coming to Split. We have been in contact with them over the weeks asking question and certain queries to which all was answered for without any delays.
The place is situated in Duri Rat 18 KM from Split Old Town and 5 KM from Omis, a nice village at the edge of Cetina River. Good location if you need to travel to Dubrovnik 2.5 Hrs ( not including the time you spend at Neum Corridor Border) and 1.5Hrs to KRKA Falls, 1.5 Hrs from Zadar.
The area offers a lot of activities: at Omis you can go swimming in Cetina River, Climbing, Kayaking, Rafting and Ziplining all the information is easily accessible on the Internet. Besides all the beaches there are around. Walking distance from the Villa there are two supermarkets, butcher and baker. Restaurants are close to the Villa as well, at Omis very good restaurants, also at Split.
The place is as described in the pictures a nice Villa, very well spacious for 5 people providing a lovely small pool, barbecue area, garage and space for two cars . The Villa is surrounded by a lovely all around garden. Very secured at it has CCTV all around. Ms Nena the caretaker of this place on arrival was extremely helpful. The house has a dishwasher, washing machine, a fully functioning kitchen. Besides it has all the necessaries such as towels, cleaning products etc. etc.
The Villa is fully airconditioned very comfortable in summer nights, being at Dugi Rat it is easily accessible The drive can easily accommodate two cars having also a garage which is accessed by remote.
