La scelta migliore per un soggiorno a Paphos :)
L'hotel è bellissimo e il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Sicuramente non rimpiangerai di aver scelto questo resort. Un grande grazie a Varvara (l'adesivo diceva Barbara) che lavorava al bar della piscina; a Maria che lavorava al bar della terrazza; al ragazzo il cui nome non ricordo, ma che era lì quasi ogni giorno, occupandosi degli asciugamani della piscina, facendo il bagnino e mantenendo la piscina pulita; e ad Alex e ai suoi bagnini bulgari per il loro duro lavoro, i sorrisi e l'aiuto quotidiano. Senza di loro, il mio soggiorno non sarebbe stato così piacevole. Il cibo è delizioso ogni giorno, con quattro ristoranti diversi durante la giornata. La piscina è profonda e abbastanza spaziosa, e c'è una spiaggia proprio dietro l'angolo.
La zona circostante è bellissima e questo è sicuramente il miglior posto dove soggiornare a Paphos.

Come promesso, ho inviato la mia recensione su Trustpilot, mi scuso per il ritardo.
Mio marito ed io abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso al Venus Beach Hotel ad aprile/maggio 2026. L'hotel era molto pulito e siamo rimasti colpiti dal modo in cui Mirabela si prendeva cura del suo lavoro. Era anche cordiale, il che ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio nella nostra camera. Una cosa molto importante è avere un buon sonno. I nostri letti erano così comodi.
Non vedevamo l'ora di fare colazione ogni mattina. Il personale era sempre cordiale e gentile, in particolare Nelli Ismerin e Dorel Hondru. Il loro scambio di battute era rinfrescante, il che ci ha fatto sorridere e non vedevamo l'ora di vederli ogni giorno.
Non dobbiamo dimenticare Barbara al bar all'aperto. Era fantastica e aveva sempre un sorriso quando serviva. Suonava anche ottima musica. La piscina era fantastica, di dimensioni piacevoli e molto pulita. Il bagnino era cordiale e aveva sempre un sorriso nonostante dovesse rimanere seduto e pattugliare l'area piscina per lunghi periodi di tempo. Era davvero così rilassante intorno alla piscina.

Che altra splendida vacanza all'hotel Venus Beach
Vorrei semplicemente dire un grande grazie a tutti all'hotel Venus Beach per una vacanza così meravigliosa a maggio 2026. Siamo stati accolti da personale cordiale e le camere erano molto moderne e pulite.
Il ristorante è stato recentemente ristrutturato a un livello eccellente. C'era una grande varietà di cibi disponibili durante tutto il giorno.
Erano disponibili altri due ristoranti e i menu sembravano fantastici.
L'area della piscina e l'area del bar erano molto ben curate.
Siamo stati in questo hotel per molti anni ed è sicuramente il personale che lavora lì a rendere l'hotel speciale.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Katerina (Front Office), Milena (Guest Relations), Michael e Maria nel ristorante, Barbara (bar della piscina) e Maria (Kids Club).
Non vedo l'ora di tornare l'anno prossimo.

Il Venus Beach Hotel non è un hotel a cinque stelle, sembrava e si presentava come un tre stelle al massimo. Abbiamo soggiornato all'Amavi Made for Two a Paphos e anche all'Athena Beach, entrambi eccellenti.
Abbiamo prenotato al Venus Beach per un paio di giorni dall'8 al 10 giugno 2026, all'ultimo minuto, poiché uno degli appartamenti che avevamo prenotato aveva lavori di costruzione proprio accanto. Abbiamo prenotato tramite quello che sembrava il loro sito web, il loro nome e il team di prenotazione. Pubblicizzava ogni giorno un soggiorno in bed & breakfast per due in una camera deluxe fronte mare per un totale di 242 euro al giorno. Quando ho controllato il nostro conto, 658. 34 sono stati addebitati. Nessuna parola su questo addebito extra da nessuna parte fino a questo momento o durante il pagamento finale con il team di prenotazione del Venus Beach. Abbiamo chiamato per annullare ed era una compagnia di prenotazioni americana, nessuna risposta, nessuna risposta dalle email. Il ragazzo della reception e la direttrice dell'hotel, quando siamo arrivati il giorno dopo, non potevano aiutarci e non ci hanno nemmeno supportato in alcun modo con questo sovraccarico.
La prima notte la musica del bar di intrattenimento esterno era estremamente alta e andava avanti fino alle 12: 40 del mattino fino a quando non ci siamo lamentati che non riuscivamo a dormire. La seconda notte la musica si è fermata poco dopo le 11:30, ma i festeggiamenti, le urla e le grida nel bar sono continuati fino dopo le 2 del mattino. Ancora una volta non abbiamo dormito bene.
Il personale alla reception e a colazione era tutto scortese, con un aspetto infelice e abbiamo anche riscontrato maleducazione, a parte un ragazzo che ci ha aiutato con le valigie.
Abbiamo due allergie. Tutte le etichette degli allergeni su ogni cibo non erano state compilate dal personale di cucina. La frutta a colazione era frutta in scatola, a parte pompelmi e arance messe su un piatto pieno di semi e pellicine.
La spiaggia era sporca, ogni mattina e diventava sempre peggio durante il giorno, piena di mozziconi di sigaretta, plastica e detriti che erano anche in mare entro l'ora di pranzo.
È l'unico bagno in tutta l'isola che abbiamo trovato sporco e maleodorante. Siamo stati a Cipro per 8 settimane questa volta, da un'estremità all'altra dell'isola e la spiaggia di Venere sta deludendo Paphos enormemente! L'hotel sembra e dà l'impressione di avere bisogno di aggiornamenti, di essere mantenuto correttamente e di avere anche una struttura, uno standard e un servizio clienti molto migliori per avvicinarsi anche solo ai cinque stelle della zona.
Il ragazzo che ci ha aiutato con le valigie era di buon carattere e disponibile, la signora che serviva il caffè durante il giorno al bar era allegra anch'essa. L'unica altra cosa positiva era il tramonto.
Nessuno ci ha nemmeno chiesto se abbiamo gradito il nostro soggiorno, inutile dire che sicuramente non torneremo!

We would like to clarify that your reservation was made through Hotelbeds, a third-party tour operator, and not directly through the Venus Beach Hotel website. Upon your arrival, we explained that any cancellation or refund request would need to be handled through the booking provider, as the reservation was made under a non-refundable rate and the hotel was unable to modify the booking conditions set by the third party.
Regarding the evening entertainment, as a family-oriented hotel, we offer a varied entertainment program to create a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere for guests of all ages. We always operate within the legal noise limits and comply with the decibel levels established by local regulations. Nevertheless, we regret if the entertainment disturbed your rest.
We were also concerned to read your comments regarding our team members. We regularly receive very positive feedback about the friendliness and professionalism of our staff.
Concerning food allergies, we were not informed of any dietary requirements during your stay. Our Guest Relations Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Executive Chef are always available to assist guests with allergies or special dietary needs and would have been pleased to help had we been made aware of your requirements.
Regarding breakfast, we offer an extensive buffet with a wide variety of options, including six kinds of fresh fruit, hot and cold dishes, freshly prepared omelettes, cereals, pastries, dairy products, healthy options, and many other choices to suit different tastes.
Kindly note that the beach in front of the hotel is managed by the Municipality of Paphos and not by the hotel. Therefore, the cleanliness and operation of the beach facilities are under the municipality's responsibility. The use of sunbeds and umbrellas is subject to an additional charge set by the municipality.
