WORTH IT
The landscape, enchanting. Mostly the amphitheater and then the place for drinks. Calm, weird green and the smell of nature with the sounds of various flyers. Nice selection of wines, red, Greek and Cypriot. Great and the cheese plate. Yesterday's evening was wonderful in every respect, since the amphitheater was filled with music, harmony and culture.

Disappointing service
Disappointing service experience
We stayed at the resort with two children and booked the ridge Villa for five nights, at a cost of €4,000, including breakfast.
The villa is located almost one kilometer from the reception and the clubhouse where breakfast is served, which meant that we had to drive there every morning.
The only way to contact reception is via WhatsApp, which made communication with the hotel staff quite difficult and cumbersome.
However, the biggest disappointment was that our villa was not cleaned and the towels were not replaced for four days, despite us asking several times. And to make things worse, no one even contacted us to offer any kind of assistance.
This kind of service is simply not acceptable for a resort of this standard.
I would not recommend staying here. The value for money is very low.

Regarding to housekeeping, we would like to clarify that daily cleaning services are provided to our Villa guests as well. However, particularly in our Villas, guests often value the privacy and tranquillity they offer and may choose not to have the housekeeping team enter the Villa. Our Housekeeping team does visit the Villas, and when guests decline the service, they are advised to contact Reception should they wish for the service to be provided at another time. According to our internal records, housekeeping service was declined on 21 August, with the guests advised that they could contact Reception whenever they wished for the service to be provided. We therefore regret if there was any misunderstanding regarding the availability of housekeeping services during your stay.
We also note your comments regarding the location of the Villa and the need to travel to the main resort facilities for breakfast. While our Villas are intentionally positioned within the natural surroundings of Minthis to provide a peaceful and private experience, we appreciate that the distance from the main facilities may not be convenient for every guest. We would, however, like to clarify that guests staying in our Villas do not need to drive themselves to breakfast. Our Porters provide complimentary transfers to and from the main resort facilities, including for breakfast, and are available to assist our guests with this service.
We are sorry that these situations contributed to a less enjoyable experience and, in particular, that there was a perception that our team was not sufficiently accommodating. Our intention is always to assist our guests while also ensuring that our procedures, particularly those relating to guest identification, access and safety, are followed appropriately.
We sincerely regret that we fell short of the experience you expected and appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback is valuable to us and will be taken into consideration as we continue to improve the clarity and consistency of our communication and services.

Bad massage ruined the experience
Probably the worst massage I have ever had. The masseuse barely spoke English and used an excessive amount of oil. Due to her clear lack of experience, I asked her to switch to a foot massage to avoid further discomfort, but even that was so poor that I had to stop the session entirely.
When I complained, a staff member said she would speak to her manager, who later charged me the full amount with no explanation or apology. The only resolution offered was a 10% discount on a 140 euro massage, which is completely ridiculous given the experience.
Beyond the massage itself, the spa was poorly managed. There were no towels available and the ones provided in the lockers were not even dry. Very disappointing overall, this is not a 5* experience.
When I complained, a staff member said she would speak to her manager, who later charged me the full amount with no explanation or apology. The only resolution offered was a 10% discount on a 140 euro massage, which is completely ridiculous given the experience.

Great resort, great meals, beautiful surroundings...
... a bit remote but almost everyone comes by private transport.
What's a little striking are the little things that seem to be cut back
such as amenities;
If you're staying three nights, you can expect them to be replenished, right?
And bottles of water: the appointment is 2 a day but you have to ask for the second.
The breakfast buffet is very extensive, the dinner very good and the sushi in the M Bar (favorite is the spicy tuna) great.
Special mention to Nadia,
working in the M Bar,
for her cordiality (and good memory).
The Nature trail of about 5 km is challenging but doable.

A Must Visit !
A great place to relax and enjoy nature. A unique spa with spectacular mountain views. Cypriot breakfast overlooking the tuscan-like golf greens, and a cozy bar for night drinks. The rooms are modern and spacious offering a very comfortable stay. Looking forward to visiting again.
