Great value Hotel

We found the hotel to be very clean and the food was well above our expectations - very tasty food. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Bar prices were unbelievably inexpensive as indeed was the food. Location was at one end of Bruntal but it was still only a short walk to the town centre. I will certainly be stying here again. Great value for money

If possible to avoid

The hotel is next to the gas station, which let you think how much could be healthy open the room’s window.
I didn’t book and arrived directly in the place. I confirm that are only two staff and no English. They ask to pay in advance the stay, which I found offensive (hotel rules invite clients to pay at checkout like in any part of the world).
I would suggest to try the other hotel in Bruntál (even is under reconstruction, still nicer people, more English, polite to customers from reception to restaurant)

OK for a sleepover,very simple,not fancy at all

I stayed in Montenegro hotel for 1 night during a business trip. It is a very simple hotel, ok for 1 night. Staff (restaurant staff did the Check-in) was friendly. The room was as said simple but clean. What I dont understand is that the Hotel has smokers rooms,I could smell the smoke.

Party weekend

This was my first visit to this hotel alltough others in the party had stayed before. The rooms are large and clean but sparse. Our room was to the rear overlooking an industrial area and traffic noise in the early hours was an incovienace. But bruntal is well of the beaten tourist track, 350km from Prauge, but we have been visiting family friends in nearby Orbona (a short walk away) so was pretty much perfect for us. We had breakfast at the hotel (3 nights) which was fresh prepared to order. The only real downside was that there are only two staff on who do everything and speak very little or no English, not the staff's fault probably more ignorance on our part. Bruntal is very quiet with little to do but we had an interesting tour (in English) of the local palace. Local knowledge is required for this area and big thank you to the residents of Orbona for their hospiltality.
overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the Montengro and good value at 60 Euros per night bed & breakfast for an "apartment" (family room 3 beds) A different kind of break not one for you if you like home comforts but for more the adventurus why not?

Poor service

I spend 3 nights at this hotel. It is not a hotel that i would recommend for holiday or family trips. No cleaning or roomservice during my stay. The beds were ok. The service in the restaurant were too bad for words. We took place In the restaurant at PM 6:30, and were actually told to leave, and come again later at 9:00 because they had a lot of "pizza orders". I was really shocked. The service that the young girl In the service provides is also beneath what i expect at a hotel. No smile at all. But, for a hunting trip or similar, the hotel is usable. The Price is also ok. Breakfast ok as well.
