Great holiday over New Year's Eve

Very well renovated and quiet hotel, cosy, great cuisine and service, friendly and helpful staff. Possibility of staying with a pet. Great program for New Year's Eve, rich banquet, DJ, band, raffle. Lots of options for hikes around, incl. 6 km to Lysá hora. The relaxation center is very well maintained, we definitely recommend it.

An absolute gastronomic tragedy

This establishment is a real disgrace to any hospitality... There are 2 guests inside the restaurant and 5 people behind the bar... However, they are not willing to serve you on the terrace... The food is overpriced and corresponds to a very substandard restaurant. Please don't support such businesses, it's a real shame for gastronomy and especially from its location

Very stylish

Very nice resort at the beautiful landscape of Beskydy mountains. The stylish building, stylish rooms, stylish restaurant. Tasty local food. Friendly staff. Pool, wellness, all in one.
Just a driveway is a very narrow.

Restaurant meals are perfect value for money

We arranged a family celabration in the hotel reasturant due to nice outside playground for kids and we were pleasantly surprised by the qaulity of the food. For an affordable price range you can get tasty meals from which you can see they are made with care and effort.

Wonderful but a bit frustrating vacations

We've been at Sepetna for the third time already as it is located in the wonderful surroundings and very close to different trekking routes including the route to Lysa Hora - the highest point in the Czech Beskids. We stayed in bungalows and had amazing views of the mountains. But all those three times we had problems with electricity and blackouts at night and during the day, the staff of the hotel was not helpful at all, the last time electrician came several times but the problem was not fixed and we had to switch off all the sockets on the ground floor to avoid the blackouts, so we couldn't charge phones, cameras and computers and we couldn't use wifi which was also switched off. Besides we had a dog with us, and electricians let it out to the woods as well as the cleaner who also forgot to close the door of the bungalow and it was open for several hours. Fortunately we found our dog all three times it was in the woods through a fault of the staff which entered the room while we had a notice Do not disturb on the door. When I told about the problem with electricity, doors which didn't close and the dog, the staff at the reception was reluctant to do anything and didn't seem interested at all. That was so disappointing as we liked the place a lot. We didn't have any reaction or compensation from the hotel. This autumn we invited also our friends to Sepetna but the service was so bad:( We don't think we are going to visit this place again:(
The restaurant was very good, especially the girl that was serving us during our stay, she was she very active and ready to help, always smiled, they also made us a menu in our language, it was very nice!
