Everything was excellent. Only issues was listing said no desk staff for check in-did iniine checkin(painful in another country) only to find fully staffed 24hrs a day.

No Air conditioning even in bathroom, this is not a 4star Hotel
We booked this property expecting a four-star hotel, but unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing.
Before booking, it is worth noting that this property is not located close to Prague’s main historical attractions. During the day, it takes about 30 minutes by tram to reach the city center, while late at night the journey can take around an hour. In addition, you should expect about a 10-minute walk between the nearest tram stop and the property.
The first issue was the lack of air conditioning. There is no air conditioning anywhere in the property, and even the bathroom has no ventilation system. During the warmer months, the room becomes very uncomfortable at night.
Secondly, in my opinion, this property is much closer to a serviced apartment than a hotel. Calling it a four-star hotel creates expectations that simply are not met. There is no restaurant, no café, and none of the usual hotel facilities or services.
We arrived at around 10:00 PM and checked in. At first glance, the room looked clean. However, the next morning, when we were about to take a shower, we found that two of the towels were dirty. I went to the reception and asked for clean towels, but I was told that they do not provide daily housekeeping and that replacing the towels would cost €15—even though the dirty towels had clearly not been replaced before our arrival. After an unnecessary discussion, they eventually agreed to provide us with two clean towels.
Another surprising point was that guests are expected to take their own garbage outside the building.
In summary, if you consider this place to be a budget serviced apartment and you are traveling by car so you can bring your own towels and other essentials, it may be an acceptable option. However, if you book it expecting the standards and services of even a two-star hotel, you are likely to be disappointed.
The many positive reviews were one of the main reasons we chose this property, so our experience was very different from what we expected. I sincerely hope those reviews genuinely reflect other guests’ experiences.
Unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations, and based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.

The rooms had no AC. However, they were clean. The area does seem to be developing. There was a lot of construction going on. You could not hear it, though.

Dirty filthy rooms. Fecal in the bed sheets, blood on the bathroom shower curtain. It was my 3rd time staying in this hotel. I have never had issues like this. Tried to talk to manager but he was on vacation and they pretty much told me there is nothing they will do. Very disappointed.

Great clean place close to shops tram and bus lines
Well I must say after reading bad reviews I was going to change hotel but I’m glad I didn’t. We’re here now 16/07/2025 and we have room 711. After the refurb I think we’re the first to stay in this suite. It’s so clean nothing has been touched. A full size oven with air fryer built in new washing machine never used full size fridge freezer kettle saucepans frying pan knives forks spoons etc etc. The shower is amazing (big powerful ) towels included shampoo body wash and hair dryer. Bedroom separate from kitchen. I think the other people that have written a review must be in a different place. Reception spot on. This is a true review and I totally recommend.
