Holiday with Bikes ‍♀️‍♀️

Small nice guesthouse in the countryside. Perfect for cyclists and for hiking. Good breakfast, clean rooms and nice helpful staff. Also serves lunch and dinner with a fairly short meal plan. Bicycle garage is available and an indoor pool. Have vacationed here several times and always been satisfied!

Real gem in Southern Bohemia

It's great place to eat, we didn't stay in the pension , becouse it was full, we had a best hamburgers on our entire trip, location is just like no ather place, there was the world hokey championship on large tv screen , and of course our country Canada was winning it all, lots of local fans, were in smal shock when they found out we are Canadians, but no problems with them, just great.next time will book the room in advance. Staff is super friendly.

Our favourite in the area

The Penzion Putim is located In the heart of small village surrounded by lovely rolling hills, baroque church towering over the typical southern Bohemia style farm houses. One can stroll around the pond in the middle of the village.Two rivers meet there so in the summer the water sports are popular , all year around cycling and hiking. The local pub is associated with a visit from famous literary Czech antihero Good Soldier Svejk.
The Penzion is new, rooms are charming and comfortable. The best sleep we had on our travels in Czech republic.
In the evening we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna and hot tub.
Later we loved sitting by the fireplace in the pub. Food was excellent and if we wanted something special they did make it specially for us next day.
Service was amazing !!! Great value !!! Highly recommended. Can't wait to be back ...

Unbelievable value for money

We stayed at Penzion Putim for three nights and loved it. The rooms are brand new, modern and large with all new fixtures and equipment. Wifi worked perfectly, even way out in the boondocks of South Bohemia. The smells of new mown hay and country air greet you in the morning. The village of Putim is so small there are not even any shops. You can stroll the quiet streets and visit the old church and ossuary. There are two cafes and Penzion Putim, which is becoming a social centre for this gorgeous little village. The Penzion has a young gourmet chef who presents you with something amazing every night. The menu changes regularly. Not only are there excellent regional dishes but also classic creations that you would find in big city restaurants for literally ten times the price. The Penzion specializes in catering to cycling tourists and will rent you bikes for a small extra charge. What's more, the whole experience is so inexpensive that after three nights of fabulous country sleeps and bike rides including gourmet meals at both breakfast and dinner, all the beer, wine and coffee we could drink, when the bill came it was the same as what we paid for simply a bed one night in London. Fabulous value in a positively gorgeous location. On another note: you are only a $7 taxi ride from Pisek, a fairy tale village in the heart of Southern Bohemia, totally off the tourist track.

19.45 hod. a kuchyně je zavřená

V penzionu jsme nebyli ubytováni a byli jsme zde pouze na večeři. Tedy chtěli jsme večeři... 19. 45 hod. mě obsluhující po 10 minutách sezení u stolu pozdravil s tím, že už nevaří. Restaurace plná, venku se vesele jedlo. Kdo prostě nechce moje peníze, tomu je dávat nebudu a penzionu se vyhnu obloukem.
