Nice weekend with family

This hotel is perfect to stay with family and children. We stayed there twice. First time in the main building (it’s nice, because you don’t have to dress to go to restaurant or swimming pool-sauna. Second time we stayed in fairy tail house in winter. It was amazing atmosphere with snow! Children loved it. Good activities to do during the day around hotel for adults and children. The best to come for 3-4 days. Service good, clean hotel.

Space for improvement

Booked 2 night stay in their VIP room. As in paper it was what they call "Polpenzion" but they still billed us a dinner extra. One of the nights should be a romantic dinner for two. When we asked server what it was his reply was "same as normal dinner, no difference of whatsoever". They promoted it in website as separate thing.
Check in is from 15:00, our room was not ready until 16:00 which means that they could not prepare a room in 6 hours, since check-out is at 10:00.
Even in their room description paper where are all the house rules are stated there was no room service of whatsoever. They do not change blankets or restock minibar or give fresh towels.
They have constructuon site(restauration of hotel) and they start using hydraulic hammer at 07:00, it is vacation, people should have peace to Relax.
VIP room is the best they have but still the walls seperating rooms is simple drywall so basicly you can hear evry fart from your neighbour.
Because of little rain parking space was basicly pool of mud.
Positive thing was that room looked really like on photos.

For nature lovers

The hotel is surrounded by woods in the Českomoravská vysočina. It is seen that the reconstruction of his devoted owners take great care. Today complies with all standards of. Staying in the hotel is comfortable for both the elderly and families with small children. For families with children is built fairy-tale village with cute fairy houses. Cottages can be rented for vacation. In the hotel we were very happy with the staff is friendly. Very good here is the kitchen, which offers both Czech dishes and international cuisine. The hotel has wifi.

Would go again

The hotel is a very welcoming and has a nice and friendly staff that make you feel they will help you with anything you need. They catered our odd request and were very nice about it.
The hotel allows dogs to join but with an extra fee (small one). However, not in all the rooms can the dog stay- so when you book make sure its the write one.
the hotel is divided into 2. The part of the fairy-tale houses and the B&B.
We were in the B&B and its was just perfect.
The location is great- not far from the "attractions" (hiking, Japanese garden and more...)
I would advise to go with a Czech speaker- cause it seems as most of the locals don't speak English and go with a car- it just is better to go around (things are not far but not in a walking distance).

Training for customers

I've chosed this hotel for recommendation of my colleagues to arrange training for customers. Services, food, accomodation everything was perfect. The only bad experience is price of sauna comparing to quality - but this is more-less OK...
