Everything is spot on

The hotel is recently refurbished with very good taste, everything is spot on, rooms are clean and well equipped, the staff is really nice, professional and helpful and the hotel restaurant is very good as well. I would definitely come back again, thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

Bad experience

I stayed there 1 week and they never cleaned my room and bathroom. The breakfast was very poor. At the check out they asked me to pay the breakfasts i had during the week even if it was already included in my reservation with booking. I will never come here again.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay, which you booked at our hotel via Booking.com. On this page it is possible to choose a stay with or without breakfast. When booking, you selected a stay without breakfast, and therefore the price of breakfast was not included in the amount you paid via Booking.com, and it had to be paid on the spot. If you send us a confirmation that you paid for breakfast as part of a booking on Booking.com, we will of course refund the overpayment.
Regarding the cleaning, I will repeat that whenever the housekeeping staff came to your room, there was a "do not disturb" sign. Unfortunately, you did not contact the reception during your stay, so we thought that you did not want cleaning. We are very sorry for this misunderstanding, because we do cleaning every day as standard.

Better than it seems

We stayed at this hotel for the purpose of a conference. The place is well equipped for this: there is enough space, a restaurant at the site, underground parking, fast wifi. The disadvantages might be the breakfast (with the number of people the food disappeared quite fast and the staff was not ready for this) and the location out of the historical center.

Unusual hotel but in the heart of everything

Stayed here with a travel large group from the US. Reminder - in summer there is no air conditioning in the rooms bring your own fan. Rooms were comfortable otherwise. Location made day trips very easy for the area.

short stay with a visit from Japan

we stayed two nights in this hotel with our Japanese friend. The hotel is newly restored and we had a nice view from the 6th floor to the whole town. The location is a bit out of the centre and Jewish town, but you reach it on foot in 10 minutes. Rooms are clean and bed comfortable, very modern bathroom. Very good price-quality comparison, very nice and sufficient breakfast. In the vicinity of hotel are blocks of flats and family houses, about 400 m is a nice swimming pool, indoor and outdoor, with pizzeria, which we recommend. Near the hotel are also shopping possibilities including big supermarkt. Hotel restaurant offers meals of very good quality, a bit higher prices, lunch menu is o.k. One of the best hotels in Trebic.
