I am so happy that I chose Hotel Plaza Grande for my destination wedding welcome party. From the very beginning, Karina Fabara was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, helping me coordinate everything flawlessly, even though I planned the event on such short notice. The entire team at Hotel Plaza Grande went above and beyond to make the evening special.
A very special thank you to Edwin Morán, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our welcome party truly unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure every one of our guests felt welcomed, cared for, and had an incredible experience. Thanks to Edwin, all of our guests from the United States were so excited that they had traveled to Quito for our wedding. They left the evening happy, impressed, and even more excited for our wedding the next day. We are deeply grateful for everything he did.
Our experience at Hotel Plaza Grande extended beyond the welcome party. My husband and I truly felt cared for during our stay. Our room was always immaculate, and we were deeply touched when the team surprised us with a heartfelt congratulatory letter and chocolate covered strawberries for our upcoming wedding.
Hotel Plaza Grande exceeded every expectation with its exceptional service, warmth, and beautiful ambiance. My husband and I only regret that we did not stay longer. We will always cherish our time there and cannot wait to return! I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Plaza Grande, both for special events and for an unforgettable stay.

An amazing world class hotel right off the main square in old town Quito. Reminded me of a 5-star hotel in a European capital. Staff was outstanding. Location is perfect. Breakfast featuring delicious local cuisine. Close to the Metro. Close to everything. I’ll be back!

A beautiful hotel in the perfect location! We were constantly impressed with the staff- everyone we encountered was helpful, kind, and made the stay a 10/10. The food in the restaurant was delicious, our room was spacious, and we couldn’t get enough of the views. The housekeeping staff was especially wonderful! Thanks for helping our Quito visit exceed all expectations!

The best hotel in Quito!!
Joostin took great care of me; he was kind, attentive, and cordial.
Moreover, the service was of high quality from my arrival in Quito. I loved the food and the experience with the cucurucho.
