“Honestly, the apartment was very comfortable, and everything was clean and well-organized. I stayed there for a few days and truly felt at home. The sea view was absolutely beautiful, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly the whole time, which was important for me because of work. It was a peaceful and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a change of scenery.”

Horrible to run away

Welcoming horrible these people are there to pluck the client they made us pay for a second room so I had booked a room as by chance to the credit card does not work it takes cash several power cuts all day housing very dirty washing machine does not work disrespect to the client. only one person who was friendly is john technician. the gentleman of Welcoming who is called tutu was disrespectful they are completely on file with the client neither hello nor thank you nor goodbye this open mocking of the client a leakeeeeee melts neither household nor change of sheet nor leaky towel

Flee this place as much as you can, it is a real nightmare!!!!!

This place is a
real disaster, get out of there as fast as you can!!!!
Even the welcome was very cold. The receptionist was contemptuous towards me, condescending, and spoke to me as if I were a dog!!!
I had to pay 35 euros, I gave him 40 euros and he refused to give me
back a five euro note, or the equivalent in Egyptian pounds
. He gave me five 1 euro coins. I told him that, added to the weight of my bag, it bothered me, and he replied, “That's the way it is, and that's all ! in a frankly unpleasant tone!!!!!
Then, he gave me a filthy room with dirty, stained walls, dark, on the
ground floor, and to top it all off, very close to the
reception. So all day and all night, it was impossible to
rest, he was shouting all the time with his friends, or playing alone on
his computer!!!
I had chosen this hotel because they specified “soundproofed rooms,”when in fact it was impossible to sleep, as I was right next to the reception desk. In the end, I paid a lot of money for a dark, dusty room with unbearable noise. My stay was a real nightmare!!!
Get away from this place as fast as you can, it's awful!!!
Not to mention
a pack of dogs that roam around the hotel day and night!!!
Cold welcome, terrible conditions, contempt for customers, avoid at all costs!!!!

Do not book, disgusting and dirty

DO NOT BE FOOLED!! Where do I start, upon arrival we were shown to our room which we supposably booked, what a shocker only to be told we can be upgraded but we had the request to cancel the booking of the original room as so the owner could open the reservation again, just a ploy as so you can then not leave a review on booking.com but they can use the platform to advertise the property with photos which are obviously about 20 years old, and by doing this they can advertise get you to pay at property and not have to pay the fees to booking.You don't seem to know who does and who does not work there as no one in uniforms and everyone sits around smoking outside the building especially at night, not a quite place but extremely noisy, constant barking from the street dogs all night fighting and may I add not just a few but I counted at least 20.The rooms are very dated, scruffy and dirty and dingy, the furniture is that old it's falling apart and looks like it should be in a skip.The air-conditioning units in both rooms can not be on for longer than a few hours at a time or start leaking water out all over the floors and curtains, if you are a non smoker like me will hate the fact it absolutely smells of cigarettes and everything is covered in yellow tarnishing.The kitchen is appalling, no utensils, no pans nothing and the oven is covered in grease and grim I see and out, the whole kitchen units and cupboards are not attached to walls and the washing machine can not be used as faulty door mechanism and inside drum, door and draw is just filthy and mould.The bathroom is a danger in its self with leaking pipes and water heater and shower which spray water all over making floors extremely slippery, the shower curtain is ripped and hanging off and does not do a thing to retain water inside the shower as not wide enough or long enough for the cubicle. everything is covered in mould and dirt and has obviously not been cleaned before we arrived as there was urine on and around the toilet, no bath mats are provided, and we was given two towels between us which were not bath towels all dirty smelly and holes all over and stained. In the bedroom the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the bedding was not white but stained yellow with cigarette holes all over, every morning the floor and curtains in bedroom was soaked from the air conditioning. The floors were sticky and dirty and rugs where badly stained as was all the furniture. It was not just the rooms but the whole place, corridors, stairways, the lift and even the roof and pool area were horrendous, the only good thing was the view from the roof, we have been visiting Egypt regularly for over 20 years as well as travelling to other countries this is in the top two worst places we have stayed in that 20 years, there is no customer service what so ever, and during our stay the electric went off in our room no where else so went down to reception only to be rudely told it needs topping up and it will be done in a moment, that is something I have never had whilst staying elsewhere.DO NOT BE FOOLED WALK AWAY!!

This hotel is perfect the service is so good and the food it 100% good I tried the food is so so good the rooms are very clean and the toilet is the same as the rooms the view is so good you can see boats ships and the sea if you wanna go to the best hotel in horgada go charbel hotel
