Great holiday & excellent service!

We really enjoyed our stay overall. A special thank you to Hussein Awad, who provided outstanding service every single day, from morning until evening. He was always friendly, attentive and incredibly helpful.

disappointed

Everything was great until I met Mr. Mounir at the NAZ nightclub. Unfortunately, the way he dealt with guests was very unprofessional and rude. I was stopped at the entrance simply because I was wearing slippers, even though this dress code information was only communicated at the door likes a door selection.
I understand that venues may have dress code policies, but the way this was handled was unnecessary and disrespectful. Unfortunately, this experience negatively affected the rest of my trip.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Serry Beach! The service was exceptional in every way, with the staff always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
A very special thank you to Said from the beach team, who is simply exceptional. He is an incredible person, always attentive and helpful, and one of the kindest people I have ever met.
A special mention also to Hanane from Guest Relations for her thoughtful attention and care every single day.
This hotel remains one of the best for me. It was my second stay, and once again, I was not disappointed. I highly recommend it!

Best hotel stay ever

The hotel was really nice with very good service especially by Mohamed Elshazly he was very helpful. The hotel food was perfect and all of the staff was really respectful.

Excellent

Customer service was excellent was very clean. Room service was excellent swimming pool and beach was very clean. I really enjoyed housekeeping service by Mohammed.saif excellent service
