Sea, sun and wonderful memories
This is the third time we've vacationed in this hotel as a family. Every time the hotel staff meet us, we're friends. Very responsive to any request. This time they asked for a change of room, because they gave it on the second floor first. I have a bad knee, it's hard to get up. Our request was taken over by Mohamed's manager and the next day everything was resolved admirably. Thank him so much!
Many thanks to all the employees in the restaurants: always ready to help, smile back. The food is varied, delicious. They make themed dinners. It's really cool.
This year, the hotel is renovating some of the buildings. But that didn't disturb the rest at all. But the beach and restaurants are not crowded. Evening and afternoon entertainment were invited to nearby hotels of the same chain. It's great to be able to visit them.
We really like the beach and the hotel pier. The beach is big, cleaned every day, everyone has room. Pierce is not long. Swimming this year was allowed only in the designated area. Rescue teams are constantly monitoring everyone. They saw how quick and reacted and professionally helped a girl who had a cramped leg in the water.
They bake really good pizza on the beach. And you can have a full meal in the afternoon instead of lunch.
Five la carte restaurants with no limit on numbers could be visited. We've been to Greek, Lebanese and Chinese. The food was really good, everyone tried really hard. Everywhere the chef came out to ask how much we liked it. That's nice.
I would like to draw the attention of hotel managers that when in the evening invited to animation in a nearby hotel you have to walk across the beach, on the sand. And slingbacks and heels are uncomfortable. You can make some flooring on the sand along the beach.
So we had a wonderful rest. The hotel advises our friends and will be happy to come again. A hotel for development and prosperity.

Perfect
Everything was wonderful, all the staff were friendly and understanding. When my air conditioning and mini-bar broke down, they immediately took care of it and fixed the problem. The rooms were always clean and tidy. The cuisine was incredibly varied and fantastic because we didn't expect such delicious food in Egypt. We didn't get to try all the dishes . There are evening and night snacks, drinks and ice cream. We had a very nice holiday. Thank you.

Warning
Warning. Be very careful when you book, they advertise it as Ultra All Inclusive but after you have booked, they email and inform you it is only All Inclusive and if you want Ultra then it is an additional £10 per person per day. Fortunately I was able to cancel the booking immediately. Never had this issue when it was owned by Otium group but now it appears that Amphoras group own it and conducts some underhanded operations.

Chill hotel experience
The hotel was very quiet, perfect for chilling for people who want a break from the noise of everyday life. The food was amazing, all the facilities were easily available and the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable but they need better ways to prevent insects from getting inside the rooms. It was a great stay overall.
