A wonderful hotel in Angers

An excellent hotel in a beautiful city - Angers. I enjoyed my short stay here. The hotel is clean, comfortable and really well located. The staff were all incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome.

Places to remember without moderation

We spent 3 days perfect at the Pension the progress, impeccable and silent room and especially warm welcome from Caroline and the whole team who is very attentive and gives valuable tips to visit the city. We will be back with great pleasure.

Hypocrites see....

I tried to book but as soon as the hotel received my request, I was contacted the next day by the innkeeper to cancel my daughter's visit.
They invalidated my card even though I had the necessary funds to give my adult daughter a gift.
I honestly think it was the foreign soundings of my name that scared them because my daughter had to show up with my credit card and ID card, as I explained to them.
I travel often just like the other members of my family and this is the first time this has happened to me. Especially since the questions were very indiscreet and inappropriate. I sincerely think that Durand's mother could have given her son a gift without any problem, just like Bolloré's mistress. I found them very, very hypocritical, to say the least. So I would go opposite.

Vos propos n’ont rien à voir avec ce qui s’est vraiment passé. Votre garantie carte ne fonctionnait pas. On peut communiquer le ticket de refus carte si vous le souhaitez. Nous avons respecté la procédure dans le souci de la conformité que Booking.com nous impose pour l’ensemble de nos clients. Et cela vous ne vouliez pas le comprendre. Peu importe le client, la procédure doit-être respectée. Attention à vos propos et sous-entendus qui reflètent une vision des choses très loin de la réalité. La direction va remonter l’incident à booking.com et prendre les mesures nécessaires pour que la vérité soit rétablie. Service client.

Very good place to stay

Hotel in an excellent location. Rooms nice and clean with very good breakfast. Staff friendly with excellent local knowledge. Stayed for 3 nights and couldn't fault the. Very convenient for rail and bus connection making it very easy to get around the lovely city
