Disappointment

Good Restaurant and Good Service ,it is a shame for employees and customers to have a manager who is not up to standard.

A stay wasted by an undrinkable manager

A hotel in a beautiful setting in an old abbey. We also ate well in the restaurant and the staff is friendly. But the big downside is the manager who is probably not at all a merchant and benevolent. We arrived after 400km with 2 children of 2 years and 3 months under 40 degrees. We had bothered to call before booking to have a cot. On arrival no baby cot available for us and in addition this dear gentleman allows himself to raise the tone! The next day he also wanted to charge us for breakfasts that were already paid. It took me to justify the booking confirmation email. In short a nice hotel where we will not return because the manager is undrinkable and not available for this job!

Very nice place, but unprofessional staff

The charm of the old in the middle of a pretty village.
Booking made one week before via a booking platform. The person who welcomed me informs me not to have my reservation but that he has rooms left. I had printed the reservation and was able to show him the truth of my reservation.
Small room (44) located on the second floor of Annex 1.
Clean but a little old (Charm of a country hotel)
Descended at 7.30am at breakfast, but reception and breakfast room closed.
I left leaving the key on the bedroom door.
I took the time to call the hotel around 8:30 to inform them of the situation. The hotel manager yelled at me on the phone informing me that I had left without paying (room paid when booking) then realized that I was not the right person in the right room and finally apologized.
This more than unpleasant experience is unacceptable from a hotelier (if I really wanted to leave the hotel without paying, I would not have phoned to warn of my departure).
Faced with this attitude, I will not return

Pension responsive to guests.

A hat trick for the welcome and understanding of the Pension officials, following a health problem, which led us to shorten our stay.
We want to come back and extend our stay, for an extended weekend in this beautiful region.
