Exceptional

After a car breakdown and a very exhausting day, we were warmly welcomed and taken care of by the owner couple in the evening, shortly before closing time. That alone was a bright spot. The room was very nice and super equipped, the breakfast the next morning very good. Then the nice owner got us a rental car and arranged everything for us. That was really not standard but exceptional.

Great place to stay in Aubusson

Great hotel owned by a charming couple Eric and Lisette Duijmelinck. Super friendly welcoming after a long ride from the Loire Valley Castles. This hotel exceeded our expectations (especially the price)! The front desk team was very welcoming. Our room was large, spotless, and had a stunning garden view. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. The location was ideal, near all the things we wanted to see (Musee de la Tapisserie d'Aubusson and city center) Outstanding customer service. We will definitely return!"

This is Europe!

Deserves to be at the top of the ranking. Quality phone and on-site reception. The rooms overlooking the river are very quiet; you almost feel like you know the people who welcome you because they are so friendly. Thank you to them. An example of particularly successful conversion!

Very good hotel

Pleasant hotel for a one-night stay in Aubusson. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is complete. We had a very good night in peace. The dinner and breakfast are very complete and very good, with homemade meals and local products. And finally, the service provided is excellent from arrival to departure; thanks to the managers for their welcome.
